You will be better off using the EWG's for your thick plastics and the offsets for everything else. Offset worm hooks have a more positive hookset.

After dodging tornadoes the whole way home and stopping at my in-laws to try to avoid the storms (didn't work) I finally made it home at 1am this morning. My jaw and hands hurt from that teeth clenching, white knuckle trip. (note: Don't ever try synchronized hydroplaning with a semi-truck while pulling a boat.) Every time I slowed down I could feel the water shifting in my boat. It was filling up faster than the pump and the drain hole could empty it. The trip was fun. Thanks to everyone for being there. It was great to get to see old friends and make new ones. Thanks to all who cooked and kept thing running. Once again my apologies go out to the guys who didn't make it into the group photo. I'm truly sorry. :-[

Leave it outside for a few weeks. The smell does get weaker after a week or two.

I live an hour from Murray but I've only fished it once. I love that lake. It fishes like my two favorite lakes combined into one compact package.

I fished a tournament today. We had strong rain and thunderstorms all day. I ended up haveing a good day with 16.25lbs. I say go for it but dress for the weather.

Many of them will be deeper but it depends on the clarity of the water. If seen beds so shallow that the back of the fish were out of the water and I've seen them over 16ft deep in very clear water.

I have a few private lakes that always need a little thinning of the herd. There is no better time to do that then early in the year. I love me some small bass out of the cold water.

You can die from eating to much of anything. I know of a guy in the Northwest that went on a Ramen Noodle diet and died in one month.
