You can tell from the mouth that it is a Largemouth. Besides, they're aren't any lagemouth in your part of the state. They generally live in cooler waters than Lagemouth do. It's a nice Largemouth though.

That is a Largemouth or "Black Bass". Their coloration varies depending on the depth and color of the water they were in.

I'm a big fan of the Sammy and Gunfish. They have produced a lot of nice fish for me.

I've never tried them, but I've seen my friend catch a couple nice fish on the chartruse/white one.

I try to fish Flukes to make them look like a dying shad or minnow. Cast it out, let it sink for a few seconds, twitch it a few times then let it sink and repeat.

The Panther Martins' blades spin alot better than the Roostertails' do in my experience. They also have better hooks.

Gary Yamamoto Custom Baits. I really like the Flappin' Hog as well. It is great on an Eakins Jig or T-rigged by itself.
