Anywhere that I would throw any other color. It is (for me) a better choice if you are trying to imitate a bluegill.

After you pull it out after the day in the water, be sure to put the motor down to let all the water drain out. (to avoid freezing)

I was looking at those around 20 years ago, but they were probably 12’ long. The front deck looked like a generic fiberglass bass boat, but ended in a bench seat and tiller outboards less than 40 hp. Looked pretty sweet but really a 1 person boat.

I have a yozuri saltwater bait that is 3/8 or 1/2 oz that i like a lot. Have to change out the hooks of course. I think L & S Mirrolure also makes some.

I have a 1964 new (american) car price guide that includes both retail and dealer prices. Every option available for every car is a blast to see. Most cars had a minimum of 4 engines available, 3 transmissions and rearend ratios, etc. I used to "build" my cars fully loaded, stripped for drag racing, or somewhere in-between. It even would tell you how much credit you would get for heater or radio delete, etc. I remember building a convertible Corvette with everything and it had a msrp of a littlr over $5500........dang.
