  1. Hey Rod, Alot of my friends hit this place up, and they seem to like it. It was also very near to where we were fishing on Sunday. http://www.frontroyalcanoe.com/ Hope this helps
  2. Hit the Shenandoah Sunday morning with a friend, and had a great time. It was actually a brisk 68 degrees out when we got there at 7am. We each caught a few fish, saw some nice sights, ate some good food, and made it home by 1pm. Here are some pics. I never weighed any of the fish, I think the largest one was maybe over 1lb? Either way these fish were fat and healthy. It was very nice to be out on the river again. It had been way too long. The river and the fish seemed to be in perfect condition. All fish were taken on Mepp#3.

  19. Ron, The fishing there is excellent. In fact I may very well be there this weekend on Sunday if I don't go somewhere else. My friend has a camper, boat and slip at Holiday Harbour right across from Aquia Harbor, and I've been there quite a few times this year, every time with pretty good luck. I nailed this guy a few weeks ago in the evening, (thats my buddy lipping it) and he caught a 4lb 2oz fish last weekend. They are everywhere in the lilly pads. Good luck if you go.
