  2. The way you are holding the bass in your pic is fine G, just don't try to bring it parallel to the ground by the jaw only.
  3. KVD Line & Lure is the best out there. Get some and you won't be sorry! Nothing else even comes close!!!
  4. What it's all about "Making Memories".

  9. Congrats to the young lady Thank you for sharing that special moment with all.
  10. Sometimes when they short strike on a buzzbait, you can speed up the retreive and they will take it. Also when using a spook, try tying a trailer crappie jig on the spooks back hook with 10" of 10/12 lb fluro. Sometimes works wonders. Main thing is to keep after them and keep learning. Good luck!
  11. I'd use spinnerbaits with at least a #5 colorado blade so you get the maximum "thump" outta them. If using worms, creature baits, tubes, etc.,make sure you use a rattle in them. Same for jigs. Good luck
  12. Just remember this, they are not backlashes, they are "Professional Overruns". ;D We all get them from time to time.
  13. Very cool shots!!! Thanks for sharing with all.

When ya feel weight on the line set it. So give it a second or so. Don't be too quick on the trigger.

Ghost Baits makes some great hand poured soft plastic frogs.
  16. I have used Vicious for a long time. It's very good line, both the fluro and the co-poly and very inexpensive. Just be sure to use KVD Line & Lure Conditioner on it as well as any other lines, it makes a huge difference in how any line casts and handles.
  17. I use a fluro leader for finesse. Just connect it with uni knots and make sure you wet them good before cinching down. Dry fluro burns real easy and will break.
  18. Great advise!!!! Use KVD Line & Lure conditioner too. It'll make a major difference in how the line handles.
  19. mdmanynard Whatever line you use, be sure to get some KVD Line & Lure Conditioner and treat the line the night before you go and you will be amazed at the difference it makes. It is made specifically for braid and fluro but is great for mono too. Go to web site and check it out. It has a multitude of other uses too. http://www.lineandlure.com/
  20. Get ya some KVD Line & Lure Condioner and give your line a few squirts the night before ya go and you will be amazed at the difference. Best you'll ever use. Not petroelum based so it won't harm the eco-system either.
  21. Here is a pic of a basic carolina rigged lizard. Just to give ya an idea of what one looks like. Use search feature at top of page, just click on search and type in carolina rig. Also google it and you will be amazed at the info avaliable.
