Dworshak Reservoir smallies
Thanks, maybe in the spring I will had that way for a trip. Getting into hunting season now, and Walcott will close to boating at the end of the month, and the river will be lowered too much to get my boat on it soon. :'( But I will have to enjoy the hunting with my GSP.

Dworshak Reservoir smallies
Sounds to me like I need to go on a roadtrip. Lake Walcott has some great fish in it too, and it too is in the running for pulling out the next state record smallie.

Un-Official Joke Thread
This site is "family rated" and we appreciate the mods for keeping it that way. We are anglers helping each other get better. There is no place for racist crap here to bring other members down and offend the many here. We would all clap for joy for the mods to get rid of someone that would lower the credibility and standards on this site.

I think we should all do this.
good luck to you

Why would anyone...
There is a definite difference in the two.

Why would anyone...
want to go catch LM when SM are an option, besides having bigger fish for tourneys? : I have been fishing for smallies for several years here in Idaho, and I caught some LM last night. The smallies fight WAY HARDER than the LM. I was almost disappointed catching LM and wanted to go find some smallies. ;D

Preparing for winter
27 degrees is warm in the winter time. Try below zero temps with wind. Layer your clothing, the best way. Wool and down are the way to go.
