D-Day Memorial
Heck, they've been having money issues since it opened. I believe the original founders and planners just about embezzled the place under before it even got started.

Fishing with Emily
Tough break on that collar bone....been there, done that. Catching some fish makes a whole lot of things better. Nice work!

Your Pics of 10+ pounders
Man that one looks every bit of ten pounds. What did it weigh? ;D If I remember correctly, Fluke's big 'un in that pic weighed 9.96.

Free MMA tonight & tomorrow
Wow, Arlovski KO'd in 22 seconds? That is a surprise. As for Brown vs. Faber tonight, I think Faber will be a little more focused and ready this time around. Will that be enough to get his belt back? Who knows....I wouldn't lay money on either guy in this fight. Should be a good one though, cant wait to watch it.

I need a cool team name!
Seeing as how you're fishing tournaments, I'll throw this one out there. "The Odds" (as in 'you have to beat the odds')

crankbait hooks
I havent found this to be true at all. Some may seem sharp right out of the box but the 'lesser' crankbait hooks lose their points very easy. Not saying all of 'em are junk, but you should always check ANY hook for sharpness. A sharp hook is critical. As far as Lucky Craft and Megabass baits, in my opinion, there is no need to change them until they get dull, which will take longer than the lesser brand hooks.

Falcon Rods - Lookin' darn good these days
In my opinion, the Falcon Cara's are a little under priced. They are definitely the best rods you can buy in that price range. If I had an itch to switch rods, I'd probably go all Cara's. Lots of bang for your buck.

What's your favorite crankbait?
Lipless: This one is easy. xrK50 Xcalibur One Knocker, been putting fish in the boat for close to 4 months straight. Customs: Can't really pick just one. Some have mentioned BigM here on BR. I got a few cranks from him a couple months ago. His baits have very unique actions and are truly awesome custom cranks. I also like a couple of the Catching Concepts shallow cranks as well as Zoom/WEC cranks with the Z Flat being my favorite. All the customs have unique actions and the fish dont see them every day. Shelf: Rapala makes some great cranks, as most everyone knows. Lucky Craft, same thing, excellent crankbaits. I've been throwing the Strike King Flat Shad a lot lately with some good success. Jackall Aragon and the Jackall Muscle Deep series have performed well. Another long time favorite is the Balsa B series by Bagley's and the old Poe's cranks are good ones as well. You really just have to pick a few different brands, see what your bass like best and build around those. I own several hundred crankbaits but when it comes down to picking one out, there's only a handful that get serious consideration. It takes time to find the ones you like and do well with.

Being lucky enough to live near Guntersville
Let me know anytime you are down this way and I will take you to a sure fire spot that has some monster 2lb bass! ;D Hold up. Burley only catches bass that are under 14" and under so taking him to a hole full of 2 pounders probably wouldn't do him any good. He's worked hard to earn the title of Dinkmaster. Well, I might be able to find some dinks too, if he's not up to sitting at the grown up table. How bout this : That's more like it.
