  1. When I pitch into weeds I try not to use EWG's. For me they seem to catch more weeds. I pitch just about all style of baits at times. A lizard works pretty well for me.
  2. Wow, Nice fish! One of these days I'll latch on to one that size.
  3. Great pics, I bet that was a sight to see. Thanks for sharing.
  4. Thats a nice SMALLIE!
  5. Every bass rod I use is 7'-7'7" I do not use anything shorter. I even use a 7' rod for jerkbaits.

  8. The way the Cards have been playing baseball and not seeming to turn it around I'm getting ready.
  9. I use a walmart bag and a headache. I do have some in a plano 3700 but I still have so many that I can not use boxes or my boat would look like a cargo freighter.
  10. I feel your pain. I had a Bandit 300 beat all up that worked great. None of the 3 others of the same color and size work as well.
  11. DVT. He fixed a Diawa I have had for years that had some issues.
  12. Thats really cool! I"m going through the same with Loomis. Somehow I broke a GLX up at St Clair back in mid may.

  16. Those are some nice smallies.
  17. I use to be against spending that much but the LC cheaper in the long run then finding alot of the cheaper ones that actually work without tinkering. They also work and run very well. I only use the pointers and have yet had a bad on like many of the other brands I've tried.
  18. all the plastic brands i've poured float except MF sinking plastic. Its only when you salt them totally when they still sink. The salt content will change the sink rate.
  19. I wouldnt do it. Thats coming from a guy that has one. Its a good motor when its working.
  20. Well, last week I was up at Lake St Clair fishing. The fishing overall was excellent. Most of the fish we caught came of jerkbaits, spinnerbaits, or tubes. Saturday was the best day of Small and Large mouth fishing. We caught about 100 of them total that day. The other days were not even close to that except Tuesday when we got into the whites. That was just crazy. Every cast was a fish in several areas with 20-30 following the hooked fish. Here are a couple good smallie pictures.
