  1. So far I have only thrown a Karashi on it. I bought it late last year.
  2. I bought an Cashion Icon 7'L. I havent used it much but so far I really like it. I paired it with a Lews BFS reel and 7lb sniper.
  3. 2 of mine. its not the only thing I throw but its the top 2. DBomb Rage Bug
  4. Same here. Ordered 3

  6. Glenn, I can say for the last 20+ years I've seen your posts on GO Seahawks.
  7. Thank you. I can make my Tungsten Arky that way too. It would work pretty much exactly the same.
  8. I dont remember the size but its pretty big. About 1" long. This year I'm going to test out some of the Owner Hyper Swivels that are really small. I typically use a tungsten 1/2 weight and a force bead with mine. 18" leader roughly.
  9. I really like the trimmed skirts. Here is my Sniper. One of my favorites. I fish mine cut exactly like this.
  10. Transducer Shield might have something.
  11. Over the years on St Clair I've noticed typically if I'm catching smallmouth I rarely if ever catch a largemouth. Move a little and it might flip. Also I've noticed on that lake the Smallies tend to stay deeper.
  12. I like the ones with a longer center wire. I prefer a 5-6 wire with 2-3 fakes on the top. I use a CPS for the top baits. I have yet to break a wire but one tip is to bend the wire out away from the head.
  13. I dont remember who makes it but there is a rod wrap that is almost like a baseball bat wrap.
  14. Same here. Isnt going to be pleasant for awhile. Good luck
  15. Few years ago it was 8 deg when I was fly fishing for trout. Line froze up, reel froze up, guides froze up. But i destroyed the trout. The other time it was in the teens and sleeting. I fished for several hrs and then when I was done I could not get out of the water from all the ice. I had to toss gravel on the bank for traction. Couple weeks, if its really cold I'll do it again. LOL
  16. I use a 7'6"longer the better. Longer the cast the deeper it will go. Lighter line also. I typically use 12. Some of my deep cranking I can push 20ft deep.
  17. I fish both but I'm leaning more toward split. I built this one not to long ago.
  18. Great way to start the New Year.
  19. Now until Feb 1st 2026 all Rage Tail is 20% off any instock item. This includes some sale items of Rage Tail. Use code ragetail Also, any order $50 or more will have free shipping until Feb 1st,
  20. Awesome!! Congrats.
  21. I did it but with 8ga. For me it made a huge difference. I ran 8 to the console then another 8 to the bow. I put them on a dedicated electronic switch. Each run goes to a Blue Sea fuse box and is labeled appropriately. Everything is cleanly wired and labeled. I also built in room for expansion if ever needed. All of this is in my rod locker.
  22. Wow! Congratulations!
  23. Some awesome baits I’ll put to use. Not sure how Rockhopper knew I was looking at Karashis but he did. I’m hoping to throw some of these tomorrow. Thank you!!
