  5. That's pretty Funny - I am drinking one RIGHT NOW ~ ! ! The Chocolate Coconut is very good. I agree with Teal - I've had more than 35 years of drinking supplemental drinks and I think this may be the best one so far. Just remember that there is no miracle drink. They are a supplement and that's all they are. Definitely not a replacement for anything including meals. Have 1 right after your workout / exercise and perhaps one during the day of your off day and that should be all you'll need. Balanced well timed meals designed to meet your training goals will take care of the rest. And just use water (not milk). Human's are the only knuckle heads on this planet who force feed themselves baby food after infancy . . . .you can and should get whatever moo-moo juice provides from the rest of your daily intake, But I digress . . . . Good Luck A-Jay

  14. You could always make your own "jig" with this rig, which is essentially a texas rigged plastic with a shirt in front. Here's the rig, from the main line to the hook: - A stopper (I use a uni-knot made from left over braided line) most commercially sold stoppers works well. - A small bead to keep the knot from slipping through the weight. - A 1/2 oz tungsten weight - a Boss Punch Hub - this is placed inside the skirt collar - The skirt of your choice - A parasite clip (optional, but does help prevent the plastic from sliding down the hook) - A 5/0 Owner wide gap plus EWG hook (#5139 - very stout, I love this hook) - Your favorite soft plastic - pictured is a Power Bait Beast Hope this helps Good Luck A-Jay
  15. I just received mine today and they look excellent. Nice long bill, large sharp quality hook and a premium snap. Thanks again A-Jay
  16. Since the beginning, braid manufactures have been under stating the size of the braid in comparison to mono. I suppose it would be nice if it were actually a little closer. Below is a chart from a popular brand of braid Braid Mono 10 4 20 6 30 8 40 10 50 12 65 17 Here's my "standard" comparisons ~ Braid Mono 10 8 20 10 30 12 40 15 50 17 65 20 My results obviously aren't exact but they are quite a bit more realistic. Your results may vary. A-Jay
  17. That would be a Yes. A-Jay http://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/131505-new-world-record-redear/?p=1455623
  18. You should have no problem casting with either of those out fits and rod length is definitely a personal preference, one that's different for everyone. Generally speaking, a longer rod is beneficial when distance on a cast is desired and a shorter rod is usually preferred for casting accuracy. What is long or short could be different for each angler. As for bait sizes, I do not have the specifications of the rods you've listed committed to memory. However each rod's recommended bait sizes are clearly listed on the rod. A-Jay
  19. Hello and Welcome to BR ~ As for your set ups - as long as you can articulate why you've chosen them and it matches how your actually going to use them, then you should be fine. Personally, unless I'm target casting in tight quarters I prefer at least a 7 foot stick for both of those applications. Good Luck A-Jay
  20. Here's everything you always wanted to know (and need) about rod building, but were afraid to ask. A-Jay http://www.mudhole.com/Rod-Building

  24. Considering how the general public is routinely bombarded by the Media with every conceivable subject and agenda imaginable ~ Spay / Neuter your Pet, Don't Drink & Drive, Don't Text & Drive, Don't Talk on the Phone & Drive, Wear a seat belt, wear a helmet, Don't Smoke, Use the little blue pill, Take Cialis, Wash your Hands, get a flu shot . . .on and on and on. I think you get my point. Has anyone ever wondered why "The Media" doesn't present Informational material regarding OC where it's Legal ? A-Jay
