  6. Sometimes line can get caught between the spool and the body of the reel. It's rare, but can happen, especially if you've removed the spool full of line, and then put it back together again.

  8. Anyone hear from Raider lately?
  9. 2 years ago, we had record rainfalls (broke MANY centuries' old records), record flooding, landslides, etc. while all y'all were enjoying terrific weather. Now it's reversed. We're having record dry spells; and record high temps are forcasted for this week. It's been "summer" for the past 4 weeks already. It ebbs and flows. But I feel for you guys. I've been through it, and it sucks. Of course, now we're getting forest fires already, so it's not a perfect world.

  13. Just be judicious. That's all I ask. They're still on probation.
  14. Very close. It's the TCS Jig/Worm rod. Same line of rods. Awesome rods. Thanks Dorado. I appreciate the feedback. Let me know how it works for you!
  15. fyi - those are definitely NOT actors in the video. I've met some of them. They really are who they say they are. There's even a few cameo appearances by some of the upper managers. Cool vid. All authentic...very genuine.
  16. We have quite a few threads on this topic already. Here's a few for starters: https://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/215702-looking-to-start-logging-my-catches/ https://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/215738-what-do-you-use-to-find-new-bodies-of-water/ https://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/211541-smart-phone-fishing-apps/ https://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/211913-fishing-app-for-phone/ https://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/205031-bass-fishing-apps/ https://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/201399-fishing-apps/ https://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/194785-fishing-apps-on-the-iphone/
  17. It's not 13 Fishing stuff guys. It's another company that spammed the crap out of our forums, and clearly they're still doing it on social media. And, as you noted, it's garbage. That's why they're not allowed here. But to be crystal clear, there's no affiliation, resemblance, or references to 13 Fishing at all.
  18. Yes, I know it's been awhile since I posted a new video, but FINALLY here it is!
  19. Yes, ICAST. There's some *ahem* well contrived *leaks* planned in the coming days where you'll see carefully planned "glimpses" of these new models on social media, to build up expectations. Some of these look a little "odd" compared to what we're used to seeing. All I can say is, get over how they look and pay attention to what they do instead. Also, again, there's several "newcomers" to the trolling motor market, but keep an open mind. Some long-overdue improvements are incorporated into some of these designs.
  20. With so many companies opting to manufacture their products overseas, it's refreshing to see a major company like YUM make everything in America....
  21. Welcome back!
