Does anyone know the wieght of these rods? Specifically the 7ft MH or the 7ft6in mh baitcasting models? thanks in advance. ;D

X2 Awesome little reel fot the price.

I am by no means an expert, but I own many high end setups. And for 300 I would go with the Falcon Bucoo heavy and a Diawa zillion 7:1. The combo is really light and yet has enough power to get those pigs to the boat. This setup has quickly become my go to rod and reel.. ;D

What site does one go to, to look for the infamous TDZ reels? 8-)

I know what you mean, I just got mine and paired it up with a 7ft 2in cumara and the wife doesnt even know yet. Going to the lake in the morning to try her out. ;D

Hey Urban, Fishntime here. Perris has ben going off latley, Im talking limits by 8am and Fattys up 7lbs are common. Get out past the weeds and slowly twitch your presentation. You ll catch some good ones for sure. Good luck and shoot me a pm if you need some specifics.

Have to agree, USPS is the cheapest way to go. Buy the insurance, and wrap some bubble wrap around the rod.

Yes, it is true that the bass tend to shutdown during high heat. But, If your lucky and a little good. You should be able to lay into some piggies in deeper water.

Ok, so the new line of Predator rods just came out and Im in the market for a new 7ft3in rod. Has anyone used this rod, and if so how do you like it? Does anyone know what this rod weighs. Just thought Id ask cause it would be a shame for me to spend 200 dollars on a rod that wasnt worth it. Thanks in advance. 8-)

I actually have had the same noise coming out of a Fuego, but it still casts like a dream and handles any fish with ease. Im interested in hearing, what may be wrong if anything. :-/

All I have to say is DAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM! That is a sick looking setup. Hope it fishes as well as it looks.

I actully bought the Mh and returned it. It is a very soft rod, really light and well balanced but way to soft for my taste. I returned this rod for the H, and still this rod is a little to soft in my opinion. Hope this helps.

This is exactly the kind of thread I was looking for. So who are these artist that I can send my reel to, to be painted? I ve been wanting to have some of the reds on one of my reels to be painted either black or metallic blue to match my new GBlanks rod.

I agree with Bronze on this one. I just dont own a Core yet but will shortly. Im a big Daiwa fan, but id rather go with the Core over the Steez. Cant wait to get that thing in my hands. ;D

Just looking to see if anyone owns this rod yet. Is it all its hyped up to be? Is it comfortable? Any input is apprecieated. 8-)

Any of these will work perfectly. I know, have a couple of newer rods with no hook keepers and had to go the BPS and buy some hook keepers.

Not sure about the warranty, but what does everyone actually think about this reel? :-? Looking at them for the past week or so and Im almost sold on one. Probably gonna use it for topwater and jerkbaits.
