When I live in New Orleans we used live shrimp on a type of jig head, it was the only time I ever used a jig , until last year. Catt probablly knows them and I don't know about the other fish you are after but they worked great on RedFish and Specs, on Lake Ponchatrain.

Thats a joke I have a techna av and the shimano crucial blows it out of the water now where on the imx level. The Fenwick Rods are excellent value, just as good as a Crucial. I love 14 year olds who know how to state all their years experience in a polite way. :-/

Was at my friend Dans, he has one of those mounts. It is an inner tube from a bike tire he uses to chock it, HE DID CRACK THE FIRST MOUNT, he uses a piece of plywood he cut and glued onto the second one. Two years use now with no problems. I guess you have to improve on it , you can't just use them right out of the box, still an inexpensive alternative. I hope this helps.

HEY Fellas; we were fishing today, getting a lot of nice LMB action on 4 inch *** Sticks, so we switched up to the 5 inch and we went to a different spot and my good friend Steve uis fshing it with a Pflueger Trion 6730 spinning reel and an BPS Extreme spinning rod with 6 lb Cableas mono. He gets a hit and the line started screaming off the reel, and with the first jump we knew it was going to be the best fish of the year. Then it bulldogged and started a run to the boat she broke water and WAS THE WRONG COLOR>>>>BRONZE, a huge smallie for these waters! Finally got her to the boat , against a Cabelas Ruler just barley 22 3/4 inchs!!!!!! Since we did not have a scale or camera we are going to say 5 lbs, it was probally bigger. I was glad to put Steve on such a fish WHAT A DAY, Thanks ***!

He is no where in the same class as Boggs,Brooks Robinson or Mike Schmidt The hall has maintained a good standard and just because you are a Cubs fan, doesn't mean Sanots, who was better than avg deserves to be in the hall. Robinson set the standard for defense at the corner. We had a great player , on the Brooklyn Doders who played RightField, Carl Furiello, hit over 300 lifetime and when he was to get in, there were a whole slew of great outfielders getting in so he did not get in, it is the best of the best. The BHOF is the only sports HOF to hold a standard of greatness and popularity. I just wish they would do more in the way of getting some of the older black players in to offset the time when racially these players were banned from the biggies. They have some more work yet to be done in this era. The biggest challange and one I fear will tarnish the hall will be the slew of Steroid users,lead by Mcguire into the hall.
