If i dumped out all my totes in the garage and started counting them now it would take me until this afternoon to gat back with a number for you. soft plastics and jigs are all i fish.

I know some people down the street from me who have a house directly across the street from a cemetery,they have told me stories over the years like waking up to an old guy in overalls standing at the foot of the bed looking at them or being awoken in the middle of the night to what sounds like a party going on down in the basement. Their son told me one time he woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and before going back to bed he set his voice recorder on, later when he played it back he said he could clearly hear a women's voice saying "if you didn't wake up soon,i was going to have to hurt you."

I love the old power pro also. I picked up a box of 832 at walmart once in a pinch because they were out of the original power pro in my size and i couldn't justify the extra expense for it, I never bought it again.

I am sorry for your loss Andy. I was just watching more of your dog videos on you tube last night before going to bed. You and your wife take such awesome care of your dogs. Diesel was well loved.

If you want to sneak up on fish quietly a kayak is a perfect tool to do it. I fish a lot of gin clear strip mine pits and i would see bass flee from a good distance the second i would turn my trolling motor on. I am 53 and i have been fishing these strip pits since i was a young kid.I had always heard stories of guys catching 5,6,7 lb bass out of these pits but they always seemed to elude me.I bought a kayak (ride 115) just for the sole purpose of being silent and stealthy. On my very first outing out in it i caught the biggest bass of my life over 7# on a dead calm bright sunny afternoon. Where as before i would have fish flee from me i now have bass and turtles routinely swim up to me to try and figure out what the heck i am...lol. Buy a kayak,you will never regret it.

If your wife is anything like mine you will be hearing about this for decades to come especially at all the family functions and get togethers.

Maybe its just me but when it hits the 90 mark i park the kayak,close the blinds and turn on the air conditioner. A possible 6'"of snow coming tomorrow. I can take the cold better than i can take the heat.

Its a little off subject but my cousin would always eat what he called peanut butter with syrup. You would take peanut butter and maple syrup and mix it in a bowl and then take some pieces of white bread and dip them in the mixture and eat it.
