Oil changes and tire rotations are done at Goodyear on the SuperDuty for $30.00 out the door. K&N air filter is cleaned and re oiled once a year. In my younger years I'd be all over it. I managed a quick oil change joint in my early 20's. Tinkered with cars a lot more than I do now. Swapped tranny's, replaced U joints, Replaced water pumps, head and valve plate gaskets, alternators, brakes, and what not. Still have all the tools. Today, not so much. Since I got crippled, it can be extremely frustrating to get my left arm to do what I need it to do. I replaced a pump in the dishwasher a week ago and not only did it take me way longer than it should, I cussed thru-out the repair because my brain gets frustrated with my arm. My brain is like a back seat driver and my arm is like a senior citizen driving, oblivious to all his/her surroundings.

Sister moved into her new house in Sturgeon Bay on Thursday. She texted me 2 pics with the caption Fishing must be good. There's 20 boats in my backyard.

I have fished for money in the past. Wasn't as lucrative for me as commercial/industrial hvac/r. I was happy if I paid my fishing expenses yearly with the prize money.

and I was swamped all day. I work alone so it's all on me. I had my best day yet since I took over the store. I sold the equivalent of 4 days worth of average sales today. No rhyme or reason as to why. If I could do what I did today, everyday, I would literally quadruple my salary.

Let me add this is the first time I've rigged them with craws. I bought the swing head's for creature baits. I was throwing a creature bait when we started. The cold front(s) that came thru this week made me think of downsizing. The smaller profile worked.

Today he rode on an old steam engine train

I was using Rage Craws on a 3/8oz swing head jig. My son switched to craws after I caught my 3rd fish. Didn't pay attention to what brand or how his was rigged.

Does he have any openings in Chicago? I could always use a few extra bucks.

OP asked who introduced you to fishing. Not bass fishing. I've been fishing since I was a toddler. Targeting bass happened in my 20's. Funny, I haven't targeted bass this year until today. Been live bait fishing with dad and my grandson this year until today. Went out with my son today. First time this year. 2 dozen bass in 5 hours. He got the biggest but I got the most. I figured out the pattern and he rode my coattails. ?

If you're interested, my brother has the hook up at the Iditarod. He's a truck driver and delivers the "nutrient mush" they mix in with the deer and caribou meat they feed the sled dogs. Maybe something can "fall off the truck" if you know what I mean.

You're going to need 1000 chihuahuas to pull the sled....Seems like a lot of work.

Are you not going to add her to your current stable? Grandma decided to take home a stray last week. We were at the house in Wisconsin and the cat was underneath her deceased stepfathers boat. Grandma talked to the neighbors and they all said she has been roaming around begging for food. Vet gave her a clean bill of health minus worms which they gave her a shot and we need to recheck in 2 weeks.

First train ride. He's been asking to go on a train for a few weeks now. I think tomorrow we will be going to the world's largest train museum, which is about 45 minutes west of me. They're having a big to-do with an antique car show and running old steam engines.

Fished Island Lake this morning with my son. 2 dozen bass and 1 bullhead in 5 hours. Biggest went 3lbs. Caught the bullhead and one bass on wacky worms and the rest of the bass were caught on craws.

39 for Largemouth and 49 for smallmouth. 6-1/2 pounds for both
