The creek that feeds his lake borders some farms way up the road. Best we can figure, the farm runoff is what has caused not only the bloom, but the lack of vegetation. We fished areas that were choked with weeds in April/May and are void now.

Yeah. 100 acres of algae bloom heaven.... We went 12 for 24 in 3 hours and all but 2 fish were over 2lbs. Dad outfished the kid as usual. After we got off the lake this morning (the Predator) dad and son spent some quality time together working on the 14' Lund I gave him. Installed the gas motor and both a bow mount and transom mount trolling motors. Bought 2 battery boxes and 2 Interstate group 24 deep cycle batteries. Have to get a RAM mount so he can swivel the Helix 5 screen from bow to stern. I forgot to bring the new registration sticker with this morning, so the boats not legal, and the lake is policed by the village and the Po Po was out there today.

He made a brief appearance on another site over a year ago. Last I heard he was remarried, working as a millwright and traveling for work. He was also teaching his son how to make jewelry with a welder and scrap metal.

Fished the kids lake this morning 5:30-9:00. Water temp 78*. Horrible algae bloom. Fluorescent blue and green film almost across the entire lake. Went 12 for 24 nice healthy fish. All but 2 were in the 2 to 3-1/2 pound range.

The boat was for sale from last fall thru when covid started. It's still listed here as well as a musky forum. It was too late for me to order a boat by the end of March so I decided to use it for the season. I have since been contacted by about a dozen people interested and my response was the same to all of them. "It will be back on the market at the end of September and to contact me then." I had a guy in Southern WI contact me last week and and another in St. Paul MN today. The guy in MN is the one who brought up the deposit. Both expressed interest in looking at the boat sooner rather than later. I guess my reservation is, more than likely because of the asking price, the buyer will have to have financing secured. I don't want to screw around and lose a sale waiting for someones financing to get approved. While I'd like to believe a handshake and a cash deposit is word, it doesn't always end up that way.

Let's say you potentially had multiple parties interested in buying your boat. Would you take a cash deposit to hold it for someone until you were done using it for the season? Under what circumstances would you accept the deposit? I've had a dozen or so people contact me in the last 4 months and I told them all, I'd be using it thru September and then it would be first come first served. A guy today asked if I would take a cash deposit provided he wants it after he takes a look at it.

Looks like you need the switch. If you use the Y cable, i believe you will get some type of return from both transducers at the same time
