Get a new motor and NOT a Powerdrive 2, unless it's got the Ipilot controller. The foot pedals on both the PD1 and 2 are plagued with problems.

I've owned 3 Dodge trucks, all prior to the Mopar/Fiat merger. I should have stopped after the first one, but I'm a glutton for punishment. I've heard the truck quality has improved quite a bit since Fiat got involved. More power to them. Maybe now someone in the marketing dept will talk them into a limited edition Little Red Express stepside with pipes coming up thru the bed. That was one badass truck in its day.

Mind you I said stickered. I paid 10k under sticker for the SuperDuty. My son bought an 18 or 19 F150 and that was more than my truck, but he's got the bells and whistles. His stickered for 52k i think. Whats the tow rating with the hemi? The Bronco is 3500lbs.

If the FJ and the Bronco 2 had a baby

I had a 1984 Bronco. Had a 351 Winsdor. Had 26k miles when I paid $4k for it in 1991. Wife got it in the divorce. I have a 2017 F-250. I got a 2020 Ranger as a loaner when my truck was in to look at some corrosion on the running boards. Had the Ranger for 2 days. The Ranger stickered for $4k more than I paid for my SuperDuty. Whatever engine it had in it had some pep to it and the 10 speed trans shifted smooth as silk. As far as the rest of the truck...meh.

The Rebel and Impact and for that matter, all Lunds are not traditional deep v's. Lunds hulls are deep at the bow and become a pad hull about 1/2 way back. That along with the reverse chines makes for a stable hull. The Renegade has the same hull design as the other 2 just less deadrise at the bow.

Congrats My kid closed on his about 6 weeks before the pandemic started. Lakefront property and a work in progress.

My son wasn't happy with his annual raise he got at work. His annual raise has been less every year the last 5 years yet he has taken on more responsibility. We put together a letter for his boss and he gave it to him this past Friday. Had a meeting with his boss today after work. His boss gave him more then he asked for because he didn't want him to feel underappreciated. Boss also set some goals for the kid and told him if he reaches them by June of next year, he will be very happy. Kid makes more than twice I did when I was his age. More power to him. Saturday we were on the lake fishing in front of his favorite house on our home water. It's valued between $4M-$5M. He said I'm going to own that house one day and when I do I'll give you a room....LOL. I said that's fine with me.

Check what the navigation light rules are in your state. The 3 pin means your stern light is used for both navigation and anchoring. A 2 pin is an anchor light. I have seen in some instances that people have mounted a stern light to the cowl of the outboard, to avoid having a 4ft high light in the back of the boat. Is it legal??? I don't know.

So we really overlooked something. My kid texted me the results from the tourney the following day. 15 limits with 15lbs winning. Weather conditions were different on Sunday. We fished in the midst of a cold front pushing thru. It was 90+ on Saturday when we were on the water and mostly sunny skies. Wind blowing 7mph when we launched and 20 plus when we loaded. We fished all main lake spots, with both slow and fast baits. We pulled off the water right when the rain started. Sundays high was 75-80*, and overcast with wind blowing around 10. I have no idea where we missed the boat.

Boat buckles bolted on and twice a season i spray some Tri Flow lubricant on the ratchet mechanism.
