I figured that much...Although the Predator could use updated electroincs... A project boat to me is a grand or less and something I'm going to put less than a grand into hence my 14ft Lund which now belongs to my son.

What has been suggested in the past is to research the posts of your victim. I have been the recipient of some gifts without thought, some with, and my favorite was a bottle of wine. I have given baits, fishing tools, and gift cards and a combination of all.

They're all good. Electric steer motors operate differently than cable steer and take getting used to. The Ultrex is a hybrid between electric and cable

Fishing is allowed on the north side of Navy Pier. The parking garage even has "fishermen" rates but you have to leave prior to 10am. Boat fishing is not allowed on the north side since 9/11 because the plant that provides the drinking water to Chicago is located a stones throw away. The biggest problem with shore fishing Chicago's harbors is getting access.
