  1. Power Poles. Currently building my next boat. I have never had a PP. Is 1 good enough? Are 2 PP a luxury or a necessity? I'm not much of a bed fisherman but spend alot of time in the shallows.
  2. I'm a fitter not a knocker
  3. I don't remember what I ate for lunch today.
  4. I saw Alice Cooper in the mid to late 80's GNR was the opening act. They were still an unknown band and got booed with people throwing stuff at them for the entire set. Alice puts on a good show but it hasn't changed much over the years. Uses the same theatrical props and such. His daughter tours with him now and is one of the actress' on stage

  6. 2014 Tundra http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2014-toyota-tundra/ Chris, you want a badazz sounding vehicle? Inves in one of these http://youtu.be/CIZwlMCbHzk
  7. Used to happen quite often at the blues clubs in Chicago. Biggest names I saw were John Entwhistle and Zak Starkey, showed up one night and sat in for an entire 40 minute set.
  8. Don't know if you'd consider this a concert but. Buddy Guy at Buddy Guy's Legends. He plays for the home crowd every year Thurs- Sun. for a month with different guests every night. A big venue would have been Boston in around '86ish at Alpine Valley(Where Stevie Ray Vaughn died) for their comeback tour. Worst show was Ozzy Bark at the Moon. Concert ended early. Jake E Lee was hammered. I watched the roadies take his bottle away from him from the side of the stage. He refused to play. They gave it back and shortly thereafter he fell off the stage and was carted away.
  9. That snow fridge pic has been floating around for a few years now. Still a funny one.
  10. I wasn't trying to prove a point, just a proud Tundra owner. If I had 150k that F650 supertruck would be parked in my driveway.

Yeah. I was waiting to make a left turn and the kid slid into me. He was driving an IS250 and it just crumpled.

We got 6" yesterday and a Lexus slid under the back of my Tundra. Does that count? This will be my 5th rear bumper since I bought the truck in 2008. Poor Lexus needs a hood, fender, bumper and headlight.
  18. I've was a fan of the Camaro up until '82 and a Vette fan up until '83 or '84 when they restyled it, and again with the next generation after that. If you're going to bring back the iconic Stingray, make it look like a Vette. IMO the designers got lazy designing the new Camaro and the Vette. Got to admit, that mustang is badass and at maybe 20k less than the Vette, not too shabby. Problem I have, if I could afford to buy one of these cars, I have nowhere to drive them. There is a supercar dealership in Chicago's "Goldcoast". I've worked in the area and the dealership will block off some of the streets during off peak traffic to give test drives. I'm nothing short of amazed watching the performance of any of the supercars. I have also done work in the Chicago Board of Trade, and their garage has the highest concentration of supercars I've ever seen.
  19. 30 years ago you could hire hitmen from ads in the back of Soldier of Fortune magazine and drugs from ads in other magazines. Times have changed and apparently so have the hitmen and dope dealers.
  20. Definatly the Corvette Summer car I don't like the back end on the new Vette A-Jay Heres a less expensive car with the same performance http://youtu.be/NRuE38Bl5Mo
  21. What kind of line? There are certain types of braid that don't fair too well on baitcasters and cut into themselves
  22. I'm not sure what year they stopped making the VRO, but if it is, be wary of the VRO system if it is still operational, you will have problems with it. If it is no longer operational it would have been bypassed/retrofitted and you will have to premix oil and fuel.
  23. Just got an email. All Cabelas locations are hosting an NRA weekend Free seminars and $25 Cabelas gift cards with new and renewed memberships
