  1. They are polarized red/gold lens but not sure if they're prizm? They work perfectly for me in freshwater (that's all I fish).
  2. Oakley turbine for me
  3. I see some booyah spinnerbaits and buzz bait. A spook, strike King crank and red eye shad. Possibly a Rat L Trap and maybe Rapala cranks? The chatter baits look like Z-Man to me. The bottom 3 reels look like Lew's and the middle rod looks like an Abu Garcia vengeance. That's all I got. It's quite possible he doesn't know what he has himself. Could've Inherited the stuff or won it in a bet, heck who knows.
  4. Is the cover not waterproof? Most boats will have weatherstripping around all lockers and dry boxes. Maybe it's torn somewhere or missing altogether?
  5. When you have toothy predators in your water's, losing a few baits is just a reality I'm afraid. I wouldn't recommend braid due to the fact that any mistake in your cast and your bait will go flying into outer space as you hear that loud cracking noise of the braid breaking. Don't ask me how I know (goodbye bullshad). I use mainly 25 lb Izorline XXX now for my big baits and love it.
  6. The pettiness is strong in this one.
  7. If everything checks out, $5,200 is an excellent deal for that boat! I had a dual console Javelin way back in the day. Served me well. Good luck
  8. Think I will stop on my way home and grab one of these to try. Thanks
  9. Now this, I like. How tall is this thing?
  10. It will add or reduce weight depending on whether you downsize or upsize. That in turn can affect the baits action. I usually swap mine out with the owner hyper wire rings in the same size and see no difference in action.
  11. Yup, there sure is! I just picked up a Minn Kota 330D onboard charger for $170 shipped.
  12. Double the price for an aluminum frame?? The Fuego CT has that at the same price as the casitas.
  13. Jealousy in the air maybe.....?
  14. You should see Okee during FLW. . . . Darn shame!
  15. Why would that be so hard to believe? It's been done for as long as I can remember in all aspects of sales not just the fishing industry. Real-world tests don't lie. Marginal performance difference at best.
  16. Marginal performance upgrade at best imo. But hey, it's a want more than a need like most everything else in fishing. So if you have the funds to buy it why not, you only live once right?
  17. Mine is something that I already knew but maybe needed a reminder on it. Don't let those storms get too close before you decide to call it.
  18. Here are some that I have used and really liked. Daiwa Tatula 200 HD, 13 A3, Lew's super duty HD and the Curado K.
  19. Gimmick. Just bought my son a Fuego CT and see no casting difference compared to a Tatula sv TWS I have laying around that I don't use.
  20. @Burrows Best is a very subjective term. But imo the A is the best bang for the buck. I got all of mine for sound $115-125. Then tricked them all out. Just do it! Hey, I tried your love baby Shimano ?
  21. Trust me, you're not missing nothing! You know which ones you have to really try! Just do it bruh. To the OP, might be a dumb question but, is your line through the line guide on the reel? I've done this before and it does what you're describing.
