I throw a T Rig using a bobber stopper to peg the weight. I like the 10" Anaconda because most bites you get are big, however I have caught a fish no longer than the 10" Anaconda on it. I have also caught a fish and found that it had managed to tie the tail in an overhand knot.

I just got an eye buster at Walmart for $1. I would look there. I have used nail clippers to chip off the paint as well.

I like Zoom Magnum lizards in Green Pumpkin when summer time night fishing. I wish Rage Tails had an 8" lizard.

do you guys trim the craws at all? I typically will trim a few segments off my craws for a trailer. I would assume since its such a big jig you would leave it full.

I just bought one as well. Not trimming skirt, considering a baby paca craw for the trailer. Not sure yet. The trailer is what I am having an issue deciding on

i have a few packs of tubes but have never used any. How do you all work them? When pitching and flipping is it just like a jig? When casting do you immitate a craw?

Maybe put a colorado blade on a couple of the wires. That should help it work. I would a Luck e Strike trickster if possible. crazy thump.

I got a Yumbrella at Dicks Sporting Goods a few weeks ago for $10. I am gonna try it out when I get a chance to get to a farm pond.

C-Rig= Carolina rig is when you have a large egg sinker, then a glass bead, then a swivel. You tie a leader onto the swivel and a weightless plastic onto the end of the leader. By dragging it along the bottom, the bait willdrift above the bottom and slowly fall. Everytime you drag it the bait will rise and fall again. A lot of people will us lizards and creatures on there. I hate using the C-Rig, but it catches fish.

Been looking for some nice hair jigs and cant find any so I am gonna start making my own. Any ideas of good jig heads to use? First one I made doesnt look too good. gonna do some more. I imagine they will get better

I fished on the Missouri State University team a few years ago. It was an awesome experience. I hope you all get to have a similar expereince

I love the action of a rage craw on the back of a jig. A green pumpkin purple chompers 1/2 oz jig with a green pumpkin Rage Craw is one of the best lookin baits I have

The first bass I ever caught and handled on my own was while night fishing. I have never used a black light. We always just have head lamps to retie and that kind of stuff. I think the blind fishing really helped me learn alot in my fishing. But now that I know what I am doing, I think the black light would be fun to try. I hear the line lights up like a rope. That would be awesome!

I mostly fish 1/2 oz football head and 5/16 oz finesse jigs. and 1/4 oz for T Rig, unless I am fishing a 10+" Worm. Then I will go 5/16 to 3/4 oz on T Rig

Closest store other than Walmart that sells fishing stuff is a Bass Pro or Academy in Springfield Mo. So I splurge when I have to drive an hour and a half. I wish they had something closer. Even if it was Walmart creating an outdoor store. I would love it. Sounds like the Dicks will be up north where as Academy is south.

I love Academy. I went there a first time while I was in Springfield MO during the rod bonanza or whatever they called it. They have some really awesome deals and the H20 lures looks really nice. I picked some up for cheap. I wish there was one closer than an hour and a half away. awesome place
