Best Guitarist Of All Time?
Buddy Guy, Bo Diddley, Les Paul, Chet Atkins, B. B. King, John Butler. Oh, and Tom. Tom was a guy that played at the church we used to attend. He could play anything you asked. Recall the artist and songs instantly and play it spot on. He played left handed. He taught himself to play guitar at age 36. He's the only guy I ever saw who could play a right handed guitar upside down left handed and never miss a note!

When it comes to grease, the stickier the better, usually. The green marine grease should work just fine.

Drunk Co Worker What Do I Do?
A good leader knows when to step out alone and lead the way. "In the essentials, unity. In the non-essentials, liberty. In all things, charity." --- St. Augustine

Drunk Co Worker What Do I Do?
I am a card carrying union member. Something must be done here. The steward's job is to bring this to the attention of the union leadership (president, vice pres, etc) and bring the guy in to talk to him. The union not only has a responsibility to the drunk to het him help, but they also have a responsibility to his co-workers to provide a safe workplace. Are YOU going to be the one to go to his dead co-worker's house to inform his wife and kids that their husband and father isn't coming home anymore? The union's product is not what the factory produces, the union's product is it's workforce. Protecting drunkards and slugs only makes it more difficult at the negotiating table during contract time! Get the union to get this guy some help, or get rid of him. SAFETY IS JOB ONE. Safety is being compromised here. Do something.

My Legs Were Shakin
Nice fish! It's a good thing you didn't have a scale! By the time you're telling that story when you're 60 years old, that fish will be a twelve pounder!

Raider Sighting In Jax
Buy a generator. If there is that much at stake in an outage, it is easy to justify.

Raider Sighting In Jax
Those power outages are rare but when the happen, it takes a LONG time to repair. Everybody likes their electric lines underground, but they don't understand how much longer the restoration times are with underground. It takes me and two other guys about an hour to replace an overhead transformer, about three to replace a pad mount transformer (an above ground transformer for underground cables). Put that same pad mount transformer in an underground vault and ... Ugh, what a pain in the Aston Martin. Now you're talking confined space certifications, air monitors, water, etc, etc. It's a nightmare. I'd rather climb a 200' tower than work 10' underground in a vault.

Man Knocks Down Silo With Sledge Hammer
It should actually be a very controlled demolition. The knucklehead in this video made a mistake by removing too many of the metal hoops at the bottom of the silo. That is why it collapsed so suddenly. With the hoops in place, the silo should just topple over in a predictable direction almost like felling a tree. If you want to see a really cool demolition, search YouTube for dancing silo.
