  1. I'm pretty sure the book Bass Wars goes through the whole year of 86' including the classic. It's a very good read.
  2. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all.

  5. They have great customer service, I'm sure they'll make it right.
  6. For $150 it's a steal. Batteries cost $75-$100 ea. A used trolling motor is worth at least $50-$100, plus all the rest and the boat.
  7. Looks good. Nice paint.
  8. Grey Wolf is 100% on this. Go used, classifieds or ebay. I find online forums and classifieds have been better than ebay as of late. Ebay still has some good deals, but you have to weed through and get lucky.
  9. Go to Tiny Pic, very easy from there and I'm computer illiterate.

  12. Blue Fleck Gone Wrong ;D It looks like a good color though.
  13. My son says, Rapala Pro Bass Fishing 2010. The Bass Pro The Strike was also very good. I played that with him a few times.
  14. Did a little research and basslover has a webpage. It doesn't give his age, but it does say how he runs a middle school fishing club. I know my son is really into fishing (he's 15) and it keeps him out of trouble. I think he just needs a little forum guidance.
  15. Awesome! Love the jerkbait.
  16. Gman, I start with hobby store wire on spools, but went to .025 stainless wire. Bends and twists real nice.
  17. I ordered some skirt material about 3 weeks ago and only got around to making them this weekend. I come to find out one of the packs is the wrong color. Mislabled by the manufacturer, not TW's fault. I explained what happened in an e mail and get a response this morning that their shipping a new pack out, no questions asked. Great customer service.
  18. Had an older 25 Evinrude electric start. Best move I ever made. I don't think the 5 hp will make that big a difference.
  19. Been using them for deep water smallies for years. Guess the secrets out now. When the Buddy bite stops, you can normally add a few more with these.
  20. You must have told her what you would like. If not, bet you can't wait until Christmas.
  21. Like you mentioned a worm wallet/binder works well. Some companies make one specific to spinnerbaits, but any will work. It keeps them neat, untangled and takes up little space. I do one for spinnerbaits and one for buzzbaits. If you dont carry a ton of baits, they stay relatively compact. There are also plastic Plano/Falcon boxes that do the job, but I've noticed in the boat if they get shook up or turned over, you still have a mess. You could also just put them in individual ziplocks and keep them in the bag you have.
  22. Here in ny and ct we get them in the rivers on flukes and sluggos. In the salt water poppers and larger jerkbaits, like bomber A Salt work well.
  23. Seems everything that works for me goes this way. Hales Craw, Berkley 4" finesse worms and Culprit finesse worms All great baits, but hard to find anymore.
  24. I agree with thr rage tails, but with grubs I've always gone up. Habit, I guess.
