  1. Gotcha. Only mentioned it b/c you mentioned it. This week started light and ramped up each training day. I’m looking to hit the ground running on Monday for this block. In a good head space with a good plan. Looking forward to this block. Won’t be signed in much for a bit here but wish you and yours a happy healthy new year.
  2. Looks good @Deephaven. I made a bread for our Christmas ravioli. Like we need more carbs. Refresh my memory, do you use a preferment or any thing for you bread. Starter from yesterday's dough maybe? I understand if you don't want to give away your secrets. I usually do a 30% Biga and let it ferment in room temp for 12-18 hours. I don't make bread often enough to add a piece of previous dough, although I think it's the way to go. Thoughts?
  3. Looks good, man. No deload? Today R/P and accessory Tomorrow, light maint/mobility work - maybe 30 min
  4. It’s actually cheaper for you if you factor in the dividends Miller Brewing is sending you every month for frequent drinker miles
  5. Started rest/pause training. On Monday I had the training wheels on a bit, not knowing how my body would respond. Today was much better. Supporting lifts are being done in supersets. A little lighter in weight due to the increase in reps and also from additional fatigue from R/P. Still a work in progress, but really think this is going to be a good block. I’ve upped the protein on the nutrition side and trying to cycle carbs.
  6. @jbmaine, I was lucky yesterday, my house made it through but goose rocks beach was under water yesterday from the storm surge. There’s at least 50 yards from the sign to the high tide mark This photo was taken well after the storm surge My house is about 20 yds behind me taking this photo
  7. Never ceases to amaze me how for just ONE night we wish good will to all and still a minority of other members need to push their negative agenda. Like we don’t have enough negativity in our lives. @crypt, Merry Christmas and the same to all who enjoy peace and good will.
  8. We had our share of floods yesterday. Way worse than anyone expected.
  9. Looks amazing, man! I’m more on the pizza train myself. I do have a preferment going on now for a bread for tomorrow’s dinner. I guts to check out your bagels.

  11. We didn’t get much use out of ours, it broke on the second or third use. We get way more use out of this for bread or any other baking needs. Not my actual. Image search
  12. It will probably kill me .. hahaha Good luck to you
  13. Getting ready to shake things up here. Main lifts will stay the same but I'm looking to do a different rep scheme with the main lifts, progressing weight on each set, building up to 1 "hard" working set, rest/pausing the final few reps. That should break any plateaus I may have gotten into. Happy holiday's.
  14. "BTW: We're raising ticket prices this year. See you at the ball park this summer!"
  15. And Devers will be traded at the deadline b/c they "can't afford" him. Insert Bobby Dalbec as your 3rd base comp. Does JBJ and Hunter Renfroe come to mind?
  16. Come September, the bottom of the standings will look like this: Merry Christmas Sox Fans
  17. Gotcha....Goodluck, man. Thanks for your support. Merry Christmas
  18. New Year’s resolution? Continued health.
  19. RW, you’re killing me, man.
  20. Perfect! That's the way I learned it.
