  1. Your dad is in my daily thoughts, hoping he wins the day...every day.

  5. Ok? Not sure where you're going with that. To each his own. I guess.
  6. I’m thinking of upgrading my boat to this: https://ewboats.com/heritage/208cc/ I’m being told that my 2 y/o boat could sell for what I paid for it. I’m thinking of staying in the EdgeWater line unless I see something else I like. Thoughts?
  7. you beat me to it
  8. Patriots 3rd string quarterback had a chance to pull off the unthinkable in Green Bay. Fell a little short, but a great game to watch. You knew Rodger's was pulling that one out though...
  9. Love this time of year. Sox are out of it but I'll be watching as much as I can. On a sad note, Dennis Eckersley will be retiring from the Sox booth on Wednesday. Man, was he funny!
  10. I'm just a jigfishhead and NOT a PT. I had a shoulder injury and I found, for me, this is what worked: Foam rolling the lat, then performed prayer stretches. After stretches I did this exercise for my rotator cuff - teres minor, supraspinatus and Infraspinatus (external rotation). https://www.catalystathletics.com/exercise/587/Band-Row-External-Rotation-Press/ Not so much for the subscapularis (internal rotation). I used a light to medium exercise cable and within a week or so I was pretty much G to G. I dismissed foam rolling thinking that there is no way that it works. I couldn't be more wrong.
  11. Back injuries are no joke. Please forgive my ignorance, I have no idea how you injured it and where - upper/lower? Growing up, I never stretched, warmed-up prior to working out or playing ball or hockey. Just went and did it. Now, I warm up, stretch and foam roll, believe it or not. I can not believe how much a few minutes of foam rolling changed me from being so tight to being a little more fluid from a mobility stand point. I hope you find your routine to get you moving again without pain. Noting like feeling handcuffed with everything you do. Good luck, mi amigo.
