some questions re: curado 70/71
I used mine on a 7' MH/F LTB with 15lb a majority of the time for 1/4-1/2 oz jigs. It handled fish up to nearly 70lbs without any problems.

Stupid Rig - Weedless Tubes
I pour my own, about the only way I can fish a tube through the rocks with zebra mussels all over them.

Lowe
My last boat was a Lowe Roughneck utility johnboat with a 60hp 4stroke Mercury. I did everything in that boat; setting lines for catfish on the river, bowfishing, busting ice to get to winter crappie and trout, duck hunting, caught a ton of fish from tiny lakes to LOZ, even won quite a bit of money fishing tournaments out of it. It was a great boat that I wish I could have kept but I had to sell it to get the money to start my search for something bigger. I'd buy another one without hesitation.

Knock off Whopper Plopper
I've caught some tiny largemouth on my muskie choppers, and one bigger one fish.

Bigger baits....
I fish them on my magnum swinging football heads with a 7/0 monster worm hook.

I lost a big one right after we talked to you that pulled off a crankbait, had 3 big ones come off today, not sure why. Still managed 3 keepers and 17 bass plus a bunch of bass, a heartbreaker of a drum, a catfish, and a huge gizzard shad.

For Us KC Area Guys - Fishing Reports
It's tiny and doesn't have a paved ramp is probably why. It's the closest lake to my house though, and I can launch my johnboat or kayak no problems.

For Us KC Area Guys - Fishing Reports
Still fish to be caught in the cold water lakes. Only had an hour from the bank and caught about dozen and missed several more. Even caught a few on a float-n-fly, something I've never done much of but they seemed to like it pretty well. Bites are weird on it, the bobber just sinks basically. All fish are were sniffed and given licks of approval.

Lure swap
I think I caught fish on pretty much everything that I got. I know I caught fish on the plastics, jerkbait, hair jigs, and skirted jigs for sure.

9:1 Gear Ratio
One of my first worm reels was a blazing fast Lew's 3.8:1 with a hook set button that locked the spool in place. I remember reeling like crazy to keep up with almost every fish with that reel but I still caught a lot of fish. I use my 9 ratio reels for jigs, worms, frogs, and buzzbaits. I'm up to 4 of them now.

Knock off Whopper Plopper
I haven't heard of any issues with the 110s? The running issues with the 90 are mostly user error IMO too. I use the 90 mostly in wind, waves, and around weeds, catches tons of fish. The Berkleys seem nice too, unfortunately they came out too late in the season and I didn't get to use any of mine before the water got too cold.

What Is Your Strangest, Unintended Catch
Lots of them. They love a buzzbait. I catch several every year on them. The worse are when they destroy a frog through the grass, it looks like a state record every time they do it and you can't really tell what it is because they bury in the grass and it isn't until you see them that the giant letdown happens.

Counterfeit Seaguar Invizix?
Hmm, I would assume it's good but I have the exact same spool of line and same lb test at home and it looks much nicer than that. It's wound perfectly and had the seaguar sticker on the spool.
