  1. I've owned many spinning reels up to the $200 range. Since trying the President I have a hard time spending more than that $60 on one because they're such a good reel.
  2. If you live near an Academy, they make a 7' H/F Ethos that is a very good rod. IMO, the Ethos are the best rod under $100 out there.
  3. Jigs and buzzbaits are two of my favorites for around docks. A Senko is great too, I just don't enjoy fishing them.
  4. Sorry for your loss.
  5. This one had a big crappie tail sticking out of it's throat and still tried to eat my crankbait.
  6. mrmacwvu1, thank you for stepping up and admitting you made a mistake. We're done here, LOCKDOWN!!
  7. I like the 105 as well, pick whatever color you like and it will catch fish.
  8. Some folks consider catfish a trash fish and they would certainly be my favorite if that's the case. Other than them, I enjoy catching drum and gar both. Drum are good fighters and pretty easy to site fish. Gar pull hard and can be acrobatic at times. Carp are a blast to catch but there's too much waiting involved for me to be willing to really target them often.
  9. Avid, Avid X, or used LTB.
  10. Cap' N Spinnerbait
  11. Exactly why I mentioned that. If I had a spare, I'd like to send him a camera to try to catch a topwater strike from them on this bait on camera.
  12. It's geared towards musky I believe.
  13. They're pretty different baits if you're referring to a pointer versus a 110. To me personally, the MB isn'tworth it because of how fragile they are. Lots of similar 110 sized baits that are also effective so I opt to go that route.
  14. Never wrapped up once much to my surprise.
  15. Imakatsu Aventa Crawler, basically a huge, expensive Pompadour.
  16. Raymond loaned it to Adam, who loaned it to me. It's a huge bait, way bigger than a Pompadour. I'm willing to overlook what it is because of the size (4.5" and 1.3oz versus 3" and 3/4oz of the full size Pomp). No way I'd shell out for the $50 price tag though.
  17. Here you go @RangerDanger And @SuperFluke
