Bbz-1 Rat Question
That Mojo Slop N Frog rod is a pool cue, I used to use one when I first started throwing swimbaits. It'll handle that rat just fine but if you're going to get serious about it you'll want to look into something else.

What's Going On?
Still only made it down to $2.44 so far here. Non-Ethanol gas jumped up $.20 to $2.91 a gallon, glad I filled the boat the day before.

Bass Rise
It appears to mainly be available in Japan and most guys that buy JDM reels aren't looking for budget priced reels, possibly why nobody has heard of it. It does have pretty solid reviews though from the few I've been able to find.

What Makes A Good Pond?
Water quality, the amount of nutrients in the water, balance of the food chain to go along with other things listed. I'd be concerned about that many top predators in a body of water that small but hey if it's working now I wouldn't mess with it.

- Stren Original Vs. Spiderwire Braid
Spiderwire EZ braid is one of the worse braids I've ever used. No line is going to handle being drug through jagged rocks very many times without abrasion or getting cut by the rocks. If you want an affordable braid for your spinning reel try some Sufix Performance braid in 10/4 size and I think you'll be much happier than you will be with the Spiderwire.- Jig Trailers
This things are great jig trailers. The Zman BatwingZ and Turbo CrawZ are great jig trailers as well.- Greeting From Amarillo,tx

I don't like spiders either, but as long as they're outside eating bugs like they're suppose to, we're cool.- For Us KC Area Guys - Fishing Reports

Not that I fish LOZ a ton but not sure that I've ever seen any large areas of grass in the lake anywhere?- Trouble With Shroomz Heads
I was catching good numbers (for winter fishing), of smallmouth in 38-40 degree water late last year on a deadsticked Ned. Holding it right off the bottom almost like crappie fishing and they'd just load up. Dragging it slowly on the bottom worked well also.- Awesome Color
Pretty little fish. We get lots of Longear Sunfish in certain areas around here. A male that is lit up for spawning season is about as pretty as a freshwater fish can get.- Info Needed For Cabelas Fish Eagle Ii Casting Rods
RW is correct. I worked in the fishing department at Cabela's in KC for 5 years. The first 2 numbers are your rod length (7' and 6' 6" in the case of your examples), and he nailed the powers (2=ML, 3=M, 4=MH, 5=H).- What Is The Turnover?

Would have like to see the same test with plain hooks as well. I bet a fish has a way more difficult time dislodging a dropshot or EWG worm hook than it does a crankbait (no leverage to work against). Obviously would have to be conducted in a tank instead of a lake though.- A Fish Every Day Through September!
It's fun to set goals like that. I kept track of how many bass I caught one season. It was fun but a lot of work too, but it was cool to get an idea of how many fish I actually catch in a season. Good luck with your goal.- Loud Chirping In House
I was going to say cricket just from reading the description. They like to get into our house and I can't get the dang dog to develop a taste for them (my last dog loved eating bugs). Thankfully the population of wolf spiders is pretty good this year around the house so the crickets aren't very numerous. - Stren Original Vs. Spiderwire Braid
