  1. Does that river have a problem with carp?
  2. I've always split up the baits just by type.
  3. Nice video!
  4. Just flower gardens in back yards.
  5. Winter finally got here this past weekend. Lows in the teens the rest of the week, and single digits by this coming weekend. The highs won't get past the freezing mark. Only good thing is that we really haven't had a lot of snow.
  6. Maybe the factory got the wrong bait in the wrong package.
  7. Super chunk, and super chunk jr. I fish some water that sees pretty much pressure. Those smaller profiles seem to do the trick.
  8. One time I was casting with a 2 piece rod and the top half went in the lake. I swam after that because the end was bobbing around on the surface. Wouldn't do that for a lure.
  9. If the bass is a dink then I lift it with the rod. If the bass is big enough to pull drag then I lip it while it's in the water.
  10. I have used both types. Really makes no difference to me.
  11. I heard sometime in March, but I don't know how accurate that is.
  12. I fish from the bank a lot so I have my shallow running crankbaits in one box, and my mid-depth crankbaits in another box. I don't have a lot of hard baits that dive below 10'.
  13. Caught a bass on a Whopper Plopper. I don't even own one.
  14. I fished the ned rig for one or two seasons when it first became popular. Since then I haven't fished it at all.
  15. Lipless crankbaits, shallow running crankbaits, jigs, chatterbaits, and spinnerbaits.
  16. Dang what a hawg!!
  17. One night about 15 or so years ago we were letting the breeze push the boat. We were maybe 20 feet from the bank. We just stopped moving. It didn't feel like we rode up on top of anything, or hit anything. Started the trolling motor on low to back up or turn the boat, but we didn't move. Finally we started to reach under the boat with paddles to see what was going on. After about 2 minutes we started drifting again.
