On The Water Snacks?
Hot dogs. Cook them before I leave and put them in a thermos to keep them hot. Put the hot dog buns and mustard in the cooler with the ice water.

Best Place To Topwater?
I like to work jitterbugs around cover that is up out of the water. They also work good if you bring them across a deep hole that is surrounded by weeds. I'll throw a frog right in the middle of slop and bring it back slow and loud. Flipping and pitching frogs under trees and bushes works well also.

1/4 Oz And Smaller Jigs. When Where And How
I use 1/8 oz. jigs when there is a lot of weeds and grass. I also like to use them in water that is shallow.

Bill Lewis Ratl-Trap
I don't throw them as much as I use to, but I still fish with them.

Do You Prefer Light Tackle Or Heavy Duty Gear For Bass Fishing?
I have 15 lb on all of my bc reels, and 10 lb on my spinning reel. I have 6 lb on the ultralight and probably won't use it more than a dozen times this year.

Color Selection
I try and stick to natural colors as much as possible. Greens, browns, blacks, and blues.

Are There Some Baits You Just Won't Use?
I have seen a large population of sunfish tear a senko apart in nothing flat. I refuse to pay $10 to $15 for a lure. There are a lot of less expensive baits that work just as well.

Two Questions
1. Never 2. I fish where I can control the boat from. If the boat has a TM mounted in front, then I will be in the front. If the TM is in the back then I will be in the back of the boat.

Bank Fishing - Chunk Rock
Same issue here. If that jig head gets behind a rock, you can kiss that bait goodbye. If you do manage to get the bait back in, you will have to retie because the line is torn up. I use a t-rig with a bait that could be used as a trailer. Something like an ultravibe speedcraw.

Earthworm Color
One more vote for the darker one. Those look amazing.

Satelite/cable Vs Web
We have expanded cable. Over the past year, the cable co. has dropped channels. Two or three channels every six months or so. Then comes the rub. They start calling asking how we like the service and if there is anything they can do for us. We gripe about the channels we lost, and the cable rep. tells us that for an upgraded package we can have those channels back. I am leaning toward dish.

Bass Pro Credit Card
Use the card for a couple of small purchases, like gas. Pay off the amount on the card completely, and put the card in the drawer.

Frustrated With Insurance
I know how you're feeling. I had my mess three years ago with my right shoulder. Insurance wouldn't pay for anything until I went to physical therapy for evaluation.

Would You Rather Fish A Lake Or A River?
I haven't really fished a lot of rivers and streams so I will say lakes.
-
Split-Shot Rig Lure Suggestions?
I like to use a tube. You can put a piece of foam inside them that will help keep them off of the bottom.

Swivels / Speed Clips
I like a snap for cranks. I tie on with everything else. Those trebles can be a pain sometimes.
