I have the Okuma Helios LP reel that is the6.2:1 gear ratio and from the little I have gotten to use the reel it is amazing. Light, casts great,very smooth, very smooth and powerful drag, easy to adjust braking system etc... Not completely crazy about the EVA grips but I am getting use to them. It is a great reel to fish with all day. I currently have the reel on a Helios rod and it is a very well balanced and light combo. Hope to have a full review up as soon as the weather warms up so more and I can get out and fish it a lot more.

I use Gamakatsu trailer hooks on my spinner baits.

They are great reels. I have a couple of them and have not had any problems. Got them at the BPS Spring Classic last year.

5/16oz white Northstar Swim jig and a 3/8oz black and blue Northstar Premiere jig.

I prefer Kinami 4 inch single tail grubs. I also will use a Swim Senko tail section rigged upside down and have been trying the Rage Tail Single Tail Grubs. Occasionally will use a dual tail grub but not very often.

I like to try out new lines and ended up not liking that line and went back to one of my favorite lines Yo-Zuri Hybrid.

I will definitely give a full review here in the near future. So far the reel is AMAZING and the rod is pretty good. I am just waiting to get some more time with this combo.

The line is ok but not that great. I would say their is definitely better mono lines out their. I went back to Yo-Zuri Hybrid.

I use a 6' 10" MH/XF rod for spinner baits.

I prefer 2500 size but the 1000 size will work just as well.

IPT is most important, with that said most of my reels are 7:1.1

Their is a ton of a great fisherman that I would love to spend a day on the water with. Hank Parker, Ike, Brent Chapman, KVD the Linders, Swindel etc...

Did you get the ones for Senkos developed by Yamamoto? If so they are awesome hooks.

Matt from Otter Custom Rods does amazing work and makes some beautiful rods.

I like Wrangler Jeans and Carhart jeans the best. Roomy and comfy and built with heavy denim and last a long time.

I label my boxes as well. I use a label maker and have also cut the labels off of bags and used tape to attach it to the box so I have the part number and other information included.

Its going to be a good game. I would like to see Notre Dame win just so its not another SEC team winning again. Hopefully it will just be a good hard hitting and competitive football game.
