  1. I really like my t3b. I did change the handle to a lexa handle though. I do not like the rivited stock one that cannot have bearings in it. Its a steal at 109
  2. You will(most likely assuming its a browser hijacker) find the location of the virus and delete it offline via safe mode. Must browser hijackers replicate themselves after a restart making a simple click/delete useless. If you are familiar with your registry (start->run type regedit and it will registry will appear) deleting the file manually in safe mode is a more effective resolution. If you do not know the registry, dont touch it. You can screw a comp OS up so bad if you delete something you shouldn't. Theres no coming back usually. Otherwise, run "hi jack this" which will give you all your systems issues/virus' and then run a solid spyware deletion tool. I cant recommend one because i think they are a joke but im a computer nerd. Malware bytes should work though. As said above, in chrome you can simply remove the browser add on as well assuming thats it.
  3. In what tournament is a chatterbait banned.....?
  4. What don't you like about it? Avid's are great rods. If you don't like it though, don't force it. You probably won't enjoy fishing with it if it isn't comfortable. take it back and get something you like.
  5. Chuck norris doesnt age
  6. You really should show yourself more, mr. Spackler.Gold star....maybe 2 if you get that
  7. Change the split ring on the line tie. Some baits do exactly what you described if they have a circle instead of an oval or vise versa.
  8. The daiwa t3 ballistic is on sale for 109 right now. Easily the best option

I like white, black/blue, and a bluegill variant. The white gets a silver blade, the others get gold. Never felt a need to use more than 3/8. I throw them everywhere.
  10. Raider would you rather.... Fall down every set of stairs you use Shut your hand in every door you use Buy 2 sets of said 25$ braid cutters ?
  11. you got a great rod. st. croixs XF are probably the fastest on the market. the only thing I wouldn't like using that rod for us crankbaits. aside from that. you got a really good multi purpose rod. enjoy.
  12. I use high vis (bright orange and high vis yellow) for walleye during the late fall/early spring before spring run off when the water is gin clear. Walleye have 100xs the eye sight bass do and I've never felt the high vis line hindered anything. You will be fine. the only time i would be worried about my line is gin clear + highly pressured waters. even then i wouldn't be overly concerned about it unless you aren't getting any bites. try using 6# berkley neon green sensation. it's a great low# test mono.
  13. dobyns 705cb glass. get one and you won't search for another cranking rod ever. edit: sorry, didn't realize you wanted to stick with one company. I was a st. croix user for a long time. I used the 7' MHM mojo, 3 different LTB, and still have an xtreme 7'2 MHM. I don't like the LTB because of the sk2 real seat. I can't stand it. otherwise they were amazing. arguably the best moderate action on the market. the 7'MHM mojo was one versatile rod that could do a whole lot of everything.
  14. the teaser is probably the most versatile rod made. you can do just about anything with it except for, as stated above, heavy stuff. jump on it. it's a great rod.
  15. Pre rapala warts are not sold in retail stores and have not been for years and years. Acquiring them requires lucky garage garage sale finds, forum sales, etc. that is not a pre rapala wiggle wart.

They arent red tagged or on sale. They are all indivdually tagged with their description for 2.99. My dsg didnt carry much,if any, xcs baits. They just came in
  17. depends on the brand of rod. there is no universal "ml". I use a st. croix 69mlxf which is in between a ml and a m power rod. works perfectly.
  18. x2 anything with rock and wood to throw a jig in
  19. iabass8 replied to iabass8's topic in Fishing Tackle
These have to be tagged incorrectly....zell pops, one knockers, xr50, xcs100-300 are all 2.99.... I felt like i was stealing.
  20. Its more so personal achievement than anything. If a 7# largemouth or 4.5# smallie is huge in your area or the catch means something significant, no reason not to get it mounted. You are the one looking at it day in and day out so if you are proud of it, go for it.

Dicks has these for 2.99! Enjoy
  22. The legend tournament 72mm is a really whippy rod meaning it wont handle the larger 1/2 cranks as well as the MHM. Its a great 1.0 and 1.5 rod but anything more would be better suited for a heavier rod
  23. I really like my t3. I changed the handle out though. The stock one that comes on the reela that arent the XS are awful.
