Skirts Unlimited At Tw Question.
I'm looking at these specifically : (remove)http://www.***.com/Skirts_Unlimited_Living_Image_Skirts_10pk/descpage-LIS.html?large=127#multiview Does "10 pk" mean 10 premade skirts /w the rubber collar or is this a 10pk of tabs? If tabs, how many strands are on a single tab?

Flippin....braid Or Flouro?
If I can get away with using fluoro, I do so. I hate braid and really only use it in instances where i have to move fish in a very fast manner.

Cranking/topwater/jerkbait Rod - Dobyns/st. Croix

hollow body slop/pad fields. don't get me wrong, the 735 has a lot of power and I probably can get by w/o the 6 but I don't do much open water frogging to justify keeping it just for that. When I'm frog fishing the river and it's backwaters, i'm more often than not hucking way back into crud or walking frogs through pad fields which means I have to drag fish through slop or pull them through pads. The pads on the mississippi don't mess around. I just feel a little underpowered at times. I was even considering the 805 but I think i'm set on the 736.- What Are Your 5 Top Summer Lures?

- St. Croix Rod Sale
St. Croix rod powers are a little underrated meaning their MH is by no means a H but fishes a little more than your traditional MH. Their MH isn't nearly as stout as a veritas MH though so you would be fine /w a st. croix MH if you are looking at something less powerful than a veritas MH.- The Road To The Super Bowl
That GB game was fun to watch. Even though philly has the leagues worst rated secondary, there's no reason they should be giving up these points to Minn. I agree McCoy should have been a lot more involved than 8 carries but you can't go a while lot /w the run when you're down 2-3 TDs the whole game.- Weedless Finesse Tube ... Which Hook Is Correct?
I like gizit tubes and i prefer to use the 3/0 ewg hook because of the bite on the hook. When I tried the 2/0 i missed a lot more bites or lost fish. the 3/0 yields fantastic results with the larger gap.- Most Sensitive Bottom Contact Rods Under $150
the curado G series also has a larger frame size than the citica E. It's the same frame proportions as the caenen- Reel Recommendations

If your budget per rod is 3-400 that's more than enough for almost any dobyns at retail- The Road To The Super Bowl
I agree. With crabtree and manningham finally back to give kap some WR's other than bolden, the 49ers are gonna be a tough nut to crack....if they can get in.- Reel Handle Rant. Lol
agree- Chronarch 50E Or Tatula R
Comfort wise i'd personally choose the 50 every time. i haven't fished the tatula but i've mounted it on a rod in store and held in every which way in my palms and i just couldn't get used to the width and i have pretty big hands. just about all my reels are 50 size though. i did buy the t3 ballistic and while it isn't the tatula, it does have the twing and it does casts very very well. it's not the 50 size but it feels smaller than a 200 on a rod. i'd recommend putting the reel on the rod you want to use it for first. I hated how the t3 and tatula felt on my st. croix LTB rods but the t3(cabelas didn't have dobyns for me to compare the tatula) felt perfect on my dobyns /w the trigger being a in a better position to palm. for casting lightweight baits, i would again choose the 50 size shimano. once you clean and lube these reels up they will get the distance you want. with the baits you mentioned the 50 shimano would be a no brainer for me.- Asking For A Response From Every Member
slow down fish areas other anglers are overlooking make accurate casts- Jerkbait Rod Opinion
I use the st. croix ltb 68mxf /w shimano curado 51e for al the reasons as state in the post above.- Comparison Dobyns 684Cb V's St. Croix Avid 6'6"mf
you do . i'd switch over 100% if they made a 68mxf. dobyns reel seats are much more comfortable. the jerkbait/topwater, as i'm sure you know, is really all preference when it comes to the tip. i prefer the XF tip because for me it's easier to work the bait to make it do exactly what i want it to. i always felt that /w a cranking rod i couldn't get the cadence down. a MXF (st.croix) has a very fast tip but it goes right to backbone which is what i want. i don't like the moderate action for those long distance hook sets /w mono and fluoro. if you were to use braid, which is all the rage right now /w topwaters, i'm sure you probably wouldn't have much of an issue.- Comparison Dobyns 684Cb V's St. Croix Avid 6'6"mf
If you don't like the "whip" in the mhm, have you considered the 68mxf avid for jerkbaits/topwater? It's a shame Dobyn's doesn't offer a 68mxf. i'd give up my ltb for one sight unseen for jerkbaits and topwaters.- Daiwa T3 50% Off
why did you sell your tatula and opt for a t3?- Daiwa T3 50% Off
i just posted this topic a week ago about the deal after i saw it. i just received mine last wednesday. so far i really like it.- I Struck White Gold!!
not long enough super good find. enjoy the reel and dont let it go.- Crankbait Reel Under $100
yup the Pro Qualifier would be very hard to beat for under 100$. The daiwa lexa is 98$ at colgard sports (daiwa has a 25$ rebate on the lexa, too)- Chronarch 51E Gear Swap
I was looking for this same question a while ago and I believe (not 100%)the old calais 5:1 gears work in the curado/chronarch 50 but i'm not sure on the availability of the part anymore. francho or DVT may have more insight on obtaining the parts.- Fd's 5Th Annual Fishmas Xchange
