  1. 2 draft reminders have been sent out this week ladies! Tomorrow...7pmEST/6pm Central Randomized draft spot can be viewed 1 hour prior to the draft.
  2. Shelves at my local cabelas are always a little barren due to the fact that the store near me has one of their distribution warehouses behind it so product shortage is never an issue. I don't really care either way in regards to fishing tackle. Don't care for any of Cabelas/BPS house brand reels, rods, or baits. BPS stick baits are great as well as their tubes. Prices aren't too different between the stores and I shop at 4 online stores before looking at either one of these anyway. I will be on the look out for close out sales on the Guidewear Goretex Jackets/Bibs. Absolutely love my Goretex Rainbibs.
  3. 703 SF will suit you the best.
  4. Aug 27 6 pm CENTRAL/ 7 PM est I'll be sending out e-mail reminders a week before and then 1-2 days prior as a reminder.
  5. You should take it in ASAP. Neglect can void a warranty.
  6. Usually keep around 15 or so 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, and 3/8. Only carry around 5-7x 1/2oz and 2-3x 3/4, 1oz, and 1.5oz. I've probably lost a grand total of 2x 3/4+ weights in the past 2 years. Pretty much just a punching weight for me.
  7. DX HP 742c TDZ Type R + 10# fluoro
  8. That's really nothing and you will likely have more of them in a couple years anyway. In the meantime, get some cork filler, match the handle, fill it in and then seal the cork handle /w u-40 cork sealant.
  9. The ultrex remote isn't a substitute for your 2d sonar....again..all it does it jog your boat in different positions 5 feet for every time you push the button. If you don't have a graph, you don't have any source of depth unless you stick a broom handle in the water. With that, my pointer is you hopefully know the water before you run into things. I don't use the remote.
  10. 2 regular packs of 5/0 hooks? Yes... swimbait hooks and larger 3/4 wobble head would be better suited with 2 slots. The deep 3700 coffin can do it in 1 slot with no issues. You would bettter utilize space if you put your 1,2,3 size wacky each on a hair pin and out them in 1 slot. You could probably fit 100 wacky hooks in 1 slot
  11. Yes, it can fit all that.
  12. I have fished and currently fish a lot of older RC 1.5s, BDS 2/3, RTO 1.5/2.0, and DRS from Lucky craft as well as a few KVD 1.5s and some of the 6.99 lucky crafts. There isn't a different fish ability between the new 6.99 LC and KVD 1.5 except the colors. They don't have the same hooks, quality control, or materials that are used for the currently higher end LC , for example, 1.5 DRS.
  13. Haha i know. I couldnt find that email in paypal from last year. I sent your email invite...i think. Leagues are starting to pick up.
  14. did chad b send me paypal today?
  15. You must really dislike the Zodias if you are replying to a thread that is over 2 years old.
  16. I'm 99.9% sure you are Chad B ?
  17. We do indeed. E-mail me the e-mail to send your invite to and i'll PM you my paypal . Once I get the $$ I'll shoot your invite to you.
  18. Steam was my first guess. That will happen during colder mornings and warmer water temps. If the air temp was 80 though that would be odd to see steam.
  19. Cowboys above the seahawks and raiders is laughable. Be surprisd if Dallas wins 10 games this year.
  20. Bueller? Just need 1 more
  21. I too am from Iowa. I generally winterize mine after the last outing of the year. This usually is the last week of Oct or first week of November. It seems the past few years and the going trend is there is a warm snap at the end of October/Early November. The guideline I follow is I look ahead at the forecast and look for overnight temps to dip into the low 40s/high 30s and winterize a few days ahead of that.
  22. No, it isn't too big. I wire my boat from units directly to battery with 10g. And there's a reason I, and many others who have had to wire units, recommend using that. The power cord wire is something like 16-18g wire stock. If you extend a wire, you need to be aware of the length you are extending and the amp draw of the unit. The more you extend the wire the more resistance. 12 isnt that large of a wire. He's probably fine with 14.
