Shimano Poison Adrena
I'll be in the minority, but in my hands the Adrena is no more sensitive than the Zodias. It is a better looking rod with better components and some different actions .

Fishing wood in the dark
I always liked a lizard or a big ol' thumpin' spinner bait like the Jewel jolt in black/purple. If you don't already have one I would recommend a black light.

School me on Moderate action rods.
Generally speaking, It's a crankbait action.
-
New Texas rig/jig rod
Since you already have the Lowrider I would say save up a bit longer and move up. Maybe a Zodias or Tatula Elite.

American legacy trade ins
Man; I got up the other morning and realized I need a couple painted blade spinnerbaits. Just logged in and ordered them. No shipping no tax .Tough to beat that. I do the same at Omnia.

Etiquette with a tournament going on?
I've never had it happen either. I have had a couple guys closer than I personally would have been but if they are in a derby and just ask I'll move for them.

American legacy trade ins
Or trade or sell them all to the same place. I can get 4 rods in a tube and the shipping will be the same. In the case of ALF do the elite membership. It will pay for itself in shipping .

Phenix feather
True. I believe the Feather is $190 now if I'm not mistaken.

Phenix feather
I like the Feather. I think they have gone up some since the GSM buyout. I believe they are going to be marketed with Virtus. I've seen some labeled as Virtus/Phenix. Anyway, I would return it. I haven't seen that on mine. As you have discovered they fish about a power light.

American legacy trade ins
I'm sure Brian and I have traded 100 rods over the last 10 years or so. I'm an Elite member . It's a great deal for 50 bucks. I've always found the offers to be fair as long as you have something worth them taking and selling. If you have some kind of lower end stuff keep it or give it to a kid. It's not worth the shipping. I'm going to call Brain pretty soon and see how the Steeze market is these days. I have a couple I may part with if he has something that interests me. .

Topwater Treble Rod
I think topwater rods are much like jerkbait rods in the sense that' it's the Indian not the arrow. I have a Loomis TWR 802 which is about all I would spend and still sleep at night. I also really like the Witch Doctor Surman 50g and I keep Ol' faithful, an old all star Zell Rowland tws in the boat also. I personally can see no downside to using braid on all my topwater rods.

Best Texas rig rod casting
One thing you will always hear is somebody said or somebody heard. Ask those people if they have actually fished the Okuma .I think you will find that most of the time they are just repeating something they heard. Most of the time it's just more internet BS. I think you want someone to reassure you that if you buy the Okuma you will have a rod as good as a NRX or Steeze. I don't think that's going to happen

Baby brush hog thoughts
Great bait. I use green pumpkin and PBJ. I always tip it with chartreuse with JJ'S or a Zoom marker. Drag it ,flip it even cut it down for a jig trailer.
-
How does one utilize jerkbaits of this type?
Cast it out, give it 2 or 3 turns of the reel handle to get it down and give it a couples jerks and let it pause and repeat. The length of the pause and the number of jerks between them will vary. It's much more complicated but that will give you the basics. I personally put them away when the water temp gets above 65. Now with FFS guys are fishing them year 'round but it's not for me.

Crankbait ID?
I was going to say the s crank also. Or a copy of one.

Best Texas rig rod casting
Mine is in the boat but I believe Daiwa rates at 1/4oz on the low side. I never use it for anything lighter than a 3/8 jig or a 1/4 oz shaky head and a big worm. I personally don't Texas rig much anymore.
-
Best Texas rig rod casting
Either the 873 CRR or BC2. I personally like the Daiwa a bit more. I should also mention the NRX 844 . I love the MBR action and its just a more versatile rod than the JWR.

Governor saves Rodman from destruction.
My PB came out of Rodman. It's a special place.

How to choose fluorocarbon line weight?
If you are to become a "world class" angler the line isn't what's going to accomplish your goal.

i'm going to develops a buzzbait game!
Check out the Brazalo bushwhacker. I'm usually a buzz bait is a buzz bait kinda guy but I've had one for a couple weeks and with horny toad or a Stanley ribbit frog that rascal casts and planes like a champ and sounds great.
-
What brand and strength fluoro do you use for a leader on your finesse/Ned rig setup?
I use 6lb. invisx for Ned, minnow shaking, drop shot ect.
-
Wrapping line around rods.
When I put the rod away , with the bait on the keeper I hold the line above the guides and give it a few twists to the right. When I use it again , a few twists to the left.
-
Texas rig/MH rods?
I have the Ehrler mh AGS . It's my favorite do anything rod. I throw a lot of moving baits with it but it's plenty sensitive for dragging
-
What crankbait/manufacturer is this?
It kinda looks like a repainted flat A to me.
-
Luckycraft paint on lures is the most pathetic of any brand out there.
Have you contacted LC yet ? Personally I'd fish them and not stress. If you can get a bait to catch 200 fish my hat's off to you. The only thing in my boat that's seen 200 fish is a landing net.
