A good quality start up airbrush is the Iwata Neo.

I was assuming it had a red disc, I just looked onto the inside of my winch and its there (They're both made on the same platform). It should have some sort of shim in it either way.

Theres a red rubber disc on the inside of the knob, if that's not there you won't get proper tension.

I've never held one and I might buy a few on TW. How big are they compared to the Gen 3 Revos or the 50 size Shimanos (Both of them are about the same size)
