How many wraps on Alberto knot
I use the Albright special knot for leader to line connection. It doesn't require wrapping back down. My rods all have very small guides also and I haven't had any issues with it in a couple years. #30 is my go to braid size and my leaders usually range from #10-15. I use 7-10 wraps. On smaller braid on my spinning rod which is #10 and lighter leaders like 6-8 I use more wraps. Somewhere around 12-14

Megabass Orochii XX Guides?
I'm not sure what constitutes a 'true' micro guide, but the xx rods have micro guides imo. After the first two guides they get pretty dang small. Still no problems passing a braid/leader knot though.

What is the attraction to low test braid?
I got snagged on the river kayak fishing. I was using #10 braid and a 3/32 ned rig. I wrapped it around my hand assuming that it would either break or the hook would bend/break. I ended up in the water haha.

Megabass vs Dobyns
The tapers of MB rods allow them to be pretty multi purpose rods. I had a DX 704 at one point and I currently own a emtf. Sensitivity is close on both. Maybe a slight nod to the MB but that could also be a mental thing.

Spinning reel FULL tear down
That's one thing I won't bother with. I do casting reels all day long but won't take on a spinning reel. For what I get to service one, it's not worth it for me. It's a lot easier for me to send it off to Ian Shields or Tackle Trap to have Spankey do it. Well worth the $20 and no headache.

Homemade Teckel Sprinker
The best method I've seen so far was posted on FB by John Crews. It's far more secure and a lot less gaudy looking than the others using big split rings and extra hardware. The action is also spot on.

Dobyns DC 704CB GLASS for top water and jerkbaits
I'll add that I had the fury 705cb model. It was just about right on power but the taper was too soft for me. I don't know anything about alx rods 'heard good things' though. I'd say you very well could already have a good rod for those techniques and don't need to buy something else.

Tackle warehouse rod issue
Bending it back once isn't really going to hurt anything. They'll replace the rod if you're that concerned though.

Wacky Rig Senko and the top of the water? What??!!
Just use clear heat shrink. It's a lot easier to work with and still makes a senko last a long time.

Pro qualifier anti reverse slipping?
Pressed into the handle side sideplate will be the anti reverse bearing. Usually in a plastic cage that's got a metal housing around the outside of it. It's got roughly 12 or so small needle bearings in it. They should only be very lightly oiled not greased. As in add a drop to a q-tip and run it around the inside of the AR bearing. The driveshaft collar sits inside of it once the reel is assembled. Don't oil the collar because that would end up being too much oil on the AR bearing. Your AR will resemble the one pictured.

Show off your Stuff
Are you talking about the new 2017 Destroyer USA rods, or the 2016 Destroyer JDM rods? I have no hands on with the 17 rods. By specs I'd say the Daemos. In the 16 jdm rods I'd say probably the G-ax or the super destroyer. I had the SD and it was a great jig and t rig rod. Might be a tad too powerful for a spinnerbait though.

That's just a tx rigged tube using a weighted jig head. 'Stupid tube' is the name of a tube and jig head from a company called secret lures.

Medium light casting rods
Had both a Phenix 712 and 713. Light and Medium light power rods. The 712 was a very fun rod paired with a tdz and a bfs spool for throwing neds and other baits under 1/4oz. The 713 was also a fun rod for things just a bit heavier like 1/4oz poppers and balsa squarebills.

The only part of the reel that your line would have contact with is the line guide. Take a q-tip and check it and the guides in your rod.
