i like to fish mine very slow thats why i like the dual props with 3 blades each and my fav color is white...i like the double blades because you can move it slower and still keep it on top...i like to use it so it has a bubble trail behind it and i like to keep it out there as long as possible

sometimes its worth it...i just bought a motorola blue tooth headset from best buy and their warranty covers everything...dude said it doesnt matter if i break it on purpose and take it back they will give me a new one..also if they dont have the model that i bought they will give me the next newer one as replacement but check with dicks to make sure it covers like that just make sure fully what all it covers due to your error before hand

got to love spinning reels for this you can just slap the bail over and start reeling anytime you want lol

that sledge with tire thing is pretty nice..when i was younger my dads friend had a bunch of beat up cars in his yard and he would let us beat them with sledge hammers lol and man it would make you sooooo tired in a very short time feeling like you worked out for hours haha

ah the 3 times was just to show that you must have all the vitamins everyday to aid in the repairing muscles and such..if you eat healthy like you should you really shouldnt need vitamins in pill form buts it good to take at least one just to make sure you get all of your total dailies stretching before you lift doesnt do more or less harm than not stretching at all...in the 60s and 70s they thought you needed to stretch before to not pull a muscle but now they are learning that if you do stretch before it actually makes you weaker and signals your body to tense your muscles more which would put you at greater risk of pulling a muscle

you should also take a multi vitamin once or 3 times a day...some vitamins will help your body use more protein and when you are lifting you need a calorie surplus of at least 500 calories more than it takes to maintain your current weight egg whites are excellent protein source as is chicken and fish and even red meat(but get the lean meat) you shouldnt stretch before lifting but you should stretch after lifting though to stop the build up of lactic acid...jog or so to warm up then lift then stretch also careful with caffeine cause its also an appetite suppressant

thats excellent man but please get yourself checked like you are supposed to and never miss anything...i just had a friend die of it...he did the whole treatment and they thought it was gone or it was gone...then he went for his next check up about a year later or maybe little less and they doctor told him he had 3 months to live and he died a couple days later so just because its gone now always keep up on it...i dont want to hear about anyone dying on the forums

couldnt you just wear long sleeves while you are working? i did it when i did lawn maint. long sleeves and long pants everyday in south florida lol...it actually keeps you cooler in the sun because it stops the sun from heating up the blood as fast...maybe they could do that option for you? or you maybe could go into private security..if i was hiring for security i would want someone with tattoos and all and a mean looking dude that looks like he will shoot you in the face for even looking his way lol (not saying you are a mean looking dude or anything lol)

lol we had 6 big rods out for sailfish and a small one out for dolphin and the sailfish hits the smallest one hahahah

ah once you do it for a bit it becomes natural and when fighting a fish it almost lays on the reel how you would level wind it anyway just one less thing to go wrong lol..i actually find it better since your finger has to be touching the line at all times makes it a bit easier to feel the hits in some cases anyway i like the cardiffs ive used them in the 300 and 400 and they held up well to snook, bass, jacks and the 400 even stood up to a 57" sailfish so they are good reels for $100...so def would be great for bass no matter what kind of bait you are throwing really

why you need a level wind and a sensitive drag for swimbaits? lol you all need to come fishing with me some and see how a pro level winds it no need for a mechanical one on the reel

thats sad really man you risk your life everyday the least you could get is paid very nicely..hell senators and such dont even have to come to work and still get paid 174k a year min...they should drop that pay in half and give it to the military guys

man i dont know you guys do it on such little pay....20-30 per hour is crazy when you have to risk your life everyday and such...i make 72k a year and i dont have to worry about getting shot at or any other dangers that come from a job like that...really police should be paid more for the risk they have to take just to do a job

not sure about the 200 but ive used the 300 and 400 for swimbaits, plugs etc snook fishing and they worked well for some years
