Was the carb. Been so busy with work, hadn't had time to tinker on it. Preformed several tests, and decided pull the carb off. Disassembled it and thoroughly cleaned it. Put back on and started right up. Thanks y'all

(Help) 25 hp mariner
Trying to get my old boat engine back up and running. It's what I believe a 1976 mariner 25 hp, electric choke and start. Hasn't been ran for 2 years other than occasionally running it on muffs. Went to do that this year and started right up, ran good for 2 minutes, than I've had a hell of a time getting it running. Emptied old fuel, put 2 gallons of fresh 91. Replaced spark plugs. Seems to be a fuel issue, will start right up on a shot of ether. Primer bulb gets firm. Verified im getting pressure/ fuel past the fuel filter. Not really sure what action to take next. Any help is appreciated!

Walmart Scissors
I have a pair of the kastking scissors that actually work fantastic. But 99/100 times I'm using my boomerrang cutters. Clipped to my pants or bibs so they never get lost. These things are the best.

Surely im not the only one that thinks this show be "stickied" to page 1? I hate it when it gets buried. Anyone seen good deals on braided line? Im typically a power pro guy, but not against trying something out. Tempted to try kastking braid, 300 yards for only $15.

- Is 20 lb braid too much for bass?
I hook a tree it's coming to the boat. If im using braid it's either 50lb or 65lb.- Illinois members--Southern/central IL bass clubs?

ITT, shelbyville, bass akwards, mattoon club, cumberland club, newton club.- Where are all the Illinois Guys ?
Had a club tournament last sunday on Clinton lake. Took 2nd place, big fish went 3.4lbs. Mattoon lake last saturday, buddy and i took 3rd in club tournament. Limit of fish for 10.3lbs. Fishing seems to have slowed down around here. Frog bite had been decent. Spinnerbait/ chatty fair. Rest been caught flipping beavers/ craws.- Big Motor Washout
Im currently using a 27 size. If you're only running the one graph you could downsize- ~Fantasy Fishing League~
Was super quick lol. I was literally at a draft party finishing one up as we started ours. As usual it was child's play. This one's in the bag.- Big Motor Washout
Yeah you can add another battery and hide it somewhere on the boat. I keep a dedicated battery for motor, one for graphs, and 2 for trolling motor.- Big Motor Washout
Run wires directly from battery to your sonar unit so that it doesn't not connect to anything yet. Put an inline fuse on the hot side to protect your sonar and prevent fires.- ~Fantasy Fishing League~
obviously people heard i was in the league and are now scared to play- Power Wire Not Secure
Yeah not glue, jb weld would be way better. But really, can you throw a wrap of electrical tape around it that it doesn't interfere with the connection but makes it more snug?- Big Motor Washout
To me it sounds like it's picking up interference from your motor. I know you say you don't have room for another battery. But you could test this by temporarily hooking an isolated battery to your sonar and see if that cures it. If that fixes it id try running feeds to your sonar, directly to the battery. Just be sure you fuse the circuit, closer to the battery the better.- Comedians
Cannot stand jeff Dunham and his puppets. I really enjoy jim jefferies, gabriel iglesias, jim gaffigan.- Big Motor Washout
Are they on seperate batteries?- Bullet weights
His catalog doesn't show any kind of weights? Just jigs- Bullet weights
Yep, have checked all the local farm stores and wal mart even, i normally don't even dare to step foot in that place. Tough times call for tough measures. - Is 20 lb braid too much for bass?
