  1. If it will make you feel any better Robert, I'll come down and babysit. Keep your Don Julio from getting lonely ;D LOL @ LBH " she'll ruin you" CLASSIC!
  2. Sam, I have plenty that interests me outside of fishing. You don't have to sit on a couch and watch other guys play with their balls on TV to have fun ;D
  3. It did it again for about three hours this morning. Just BR, and not just the forums. I tried on firefox and IE6 both of which I cleared all the cookies. I also "flushed the DNS" I have no idea what that means, but I did it.
  4. Chris is too much of a gentleman to come on here and embarass us ALL. Chris's biggest is an 18.4 Come on Chris lets see the pics!
  5. I know Glenn, another in the long list of stupid things I have done with liquid courage. I think that the sound they make when they launch is probably my favorite part of all. I was also concerned that we were going to start an avalanche. But thankfully that didnt happen either. I definitely would enjoy doing fireworks shows, but I probably wouldn't last long.
  6. I have three rigs that everytime I pick them up I am comfortable and poised to set the hook. Those three are just extensions of my body.
  7. I have had only 1 experience with "big" fireworks. LBH could definitely appreciate this one. Myself and about 10 of my friends were staying at a cabin directly across from the main gates of Squaw Valley ski area for New Years a couple years ago. We launched five 6" mortar fireworks off of the front deck at midnight. It was very cool and most of the neighbors were cheering, the rest were calling the men with the flashy lights on their cars ;D The first one scared the ever loving crap out of me! BBBLLLLLOOOOMMMP..........................................KAPOW!

Who else couldn't care less about the Super Bowl? That junk bores me to tears. Super Bowl Sunday used to be dedicated to goose hunting for me, but since I'm out here, that doesn't really work anymore. I just don't get the fascination with watching sports I guess. I have never understood people who live to watch other people play. I will watch NCAA basketball occasionally, but that is it.
  9. OK SERIOUSLY, I don't understand?
  10. I was way into paintball for awhile. I really enjoyed playing woods games on 50 acres with 8-15man teams. Especially limited paint games. I also shot sporting clays for about 5 years. I won many tournaments in the adult classes when I was 15 and 16. Probably the only thing I was ever really good at. It was just too expensive. Yeah even more than bass fishing. I have shot 600 rounds of 12ga ammunition in 1 day countless times. I loaded all of my own shells though, with my own recipe and they ended up costing $2.74 a box for shells that were way better than any off the shelf shell. Still have all my shotguns though. My Berettas are some of my most prized possessions. Elk and goose hunting are things that I loved doing, but like clays, moving to california made that tough. I also imbibed in Jack Daniels and easy women a little more than was necessary.
  11. ^ i ugh, yeah, what he said i whatever it was, it seems to be better. br has worked fine so far today.
  12. Thats how it usually is for me too, but lately i could sit there and press refresh 100 times and the site will come up once. Then if i clicked on a thread, i would get the same message and have to click refresh another 100 times. Every other site i have been to the last couple of days is working just fine and when this one is working, it seems faster than ever.
  13. Seems to be better this morning. but for the last two days it was Only on this site tried firefox ( whatever the latest version is) and IE6 "server is taking too long to respond" or something like that as an error message home, dial-up, 53.3 i was absolutely unable to get on unless it was very late at night /early in the morning
  14. Oh and I wear a 13-14 ( depending on brand), how bout you?
  15. Bitter, party of one, your booster seat is ready. . .
  16. 6'8" 220lbs Except for all the daydreamers, I think I win. 8-)
  17. For the last two days I have been unable to log on between the hours of 8 AM PST and 11:00 PM PST. I keep getting the "timed out" message. I am assuming that this happens at this time because of peak traffic. I blew it off yesterday as just a product of the upgrade, but I can see that there has been a ton of posting in the hours that I have been unable to log on. If it is a problem on my end, I would love some suggestions on what to do, because after I log out tonight, I think that I will not be able to get back on till the wee hours tomorrow night, LOL
  18. Lake Powell is a gorgeous place. I have been there a couple of times and loved it. Crystal clear water, towering cliffs, and topless pleasure boaters. Alaska. as long as you are ten miles from Anchorage, you are in the most beautiful place I have ever seen. This is Kenai Lake, I have been here a couple of times I also spent quite a bit of time inland in the Glenallen area. Very remote and the King salmon fishing there is the stuff my dreams are still made of. Growing up in Colorado, the Rockies are still my favorite place to be though. This is Black Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park. It is a pretty tough 5mile hike that ends at almost 11,000 feet of elevation. I first made the hike when I was 10 years old and have been there a few times. It has some very large Rio Grande Cutthroat trout, but they are crafty. I have been quite a few places, but all of the coolest ones have water
  19. Jack rabbit is gross. Cotton tail is some of the best meat out there IMO
  20. Thats why I buy baits that are handmade in the usa by guys that are swimbait fishermen themselves. its the only way to get high quality and performance. I was also happy to see a legit review on a bad product instead of just another "8.6" like they rate everything else, LOL
  21. I have the tropic stars and agree with ku, the vermillion are a sweet all around lense as are their amber ones. my first pair broke inside their case, in my jacket breast pocket after only 3 days of use. I had only owned them for 3 weeks and didn't mistreat them at all. they still charged me $50 for frames. i thought that was BS. so i think that customer service and frame waulity are in question, but they are hands down the best lenses I have ever looked through.
  22. at your age dude, the diagnosis is vaginosis.
