  1. I had to wear hearing protection after installing a set...
  2. Triple fish is a long time fave of mine, as well as Silverthread I use it on spinning, I also had bad experience with sunline supernatural in 8, and 14. I certainly didn't see it as "super" at all... Also Maxima is a rock solid line and maybe triple fish are both by the same manufacturer, both are made in Germany, or were...
  3. Yea, well on msnbc rev sharp hinted if snowflakes come to NY that he would stage a protest...

  5. NFC, Lamiglas, GLoomis, Falcon, ALX, St. Croix, Kistler Of course you could maybe have a build done on a batson blank, rainshadow etc..,
  6. I still line watch mostly on my T-Rig presentations, but on wacky senko, FC or Hybrid, only to avoid if possible deep hooking fish.. Extra sensitive line never hurts I suppose, but watching your line will also yield better strike detection IMO On reaction strike baits, I don't believe sensitive line matters at all, again, my opinion..
  7. Typically, they are packed during assy. with grease, most agree, removing grease from the spool bearings, as discussed, then a drop of oil improves spool bearings.

  10. I enlarged that, it does look like a tag, doesn't it?
  11. Who? Bunny on "Platoon"? Well I can say, I can't think of anyone who relished in what you described.. It's a ugly, ugly business, it should be done as a last resort, with full force of might, with nothing but victory in mind. I don't think there's any joy in it.
  12. What a fish! What lake? How much that fish weigh? Congrats.. Super nice fish on the A-Rig!

  15. Oh, I didn't say they were overly special ( ARB ) just that I'm content with them!
  16. Yes, that was a interesting read a few weeks back aavery2, no doubt interesting...
  17. I've been plenty satisfied with my Arb bearings, I have used ceramics as well, the pitching seems a trife easier with ceramics, but the noise factor is a turnoff and I don't see the advantage. When I replace bearings now it will more than Likely be with Abec 5 stainless...
  18. Ahhh, catching on to it I see!
  19. I'll second those, just don't spread it around so much, shhh! Lol..( magnum finesse )
