What Size Hook On A Senko?
I use mainly owner twistlock w/ cps in 3/0 to 6/0 But... Use the smallest hook for the most action. There is a ton of info in the senko section... If you haven't read it yet... You should.. Good stuff!

Fish Aren't Biting Anything!
So on average, you're saying at 7 fish per hour? That's far from not getting bit...if you're catching bluegill on 3" tubes... They must be quite large. Sounds to me like you're doing fine , water temp will being getter warmer everyday... Fish at the warmest hour of the day in the rocky/ sandy areas probably get bit more at that time.

Fish Aren't Biting Anything!
Uh.. The kitchen sink? Idk.... There are those days where we just can't get bit.... Use a 7" worm I have even used 4" straight or ribbon and got bit Also..... Throwing a 1/8 oz roadrunner can liven things up for ya... The fish maybe in another area. Has this place produced in the past? If so don't give up... If not try other areas too.. Giving the other locations a few days... Cycle out you're spots... It can be frustrating, to be sure! Keep at it. Eventually you will hook up! Good luck!

Need Help With Pflueger President!
Yep!!! Or spool bearings, something you gotta make sure you get it soooo very clean... Or you will more than likely have to open it up. This is one area that Iam a firm believer in when the reel goes swimming? Send it to DVT.. He can make the reel better than new... I've tried on a shimano spinner... Couldn't get it clean enuff... Had to trash it... Waited to long and many parts were badIt was cost prohibitive at that point... I still think you should send it off for a ultra sonic cleaning! My opinion! I appreciate you wanting to do you're on work... Reels under water= DVT !

Why Is Spinning Gear "funner"?
Spinning as far as Bass fishing is for light line, light bait presentations... And is Funner! I always Used spinning in salt, brackish , intercostal , even Pits, In the Osceola.. I enjoy spinning more... They are just as capable as baitcasters for almost all species of fishes.... I enjoy baitcasters.... Shimano makes the most reliable to me... Tournaments demand hundreds of clutch engagements, re-engagements... Thereby just have become very reliable for 500 to 700 throws a day...( not so fun) I enjoy both but I wanna catch fish... I tend to enjoy spinning much more than baitcasting... I feel like I overpower smaller fish with B/C ... The mechanical advantage of baitcasting reels cannot be denied... Funner joy of fighting fish on spinning cannot be denied!
