Favorite jig rod
Not a bad price, what guides are on it? I know they are Fuji I’m gonna assume aluminum oxide, btw, nothing at all wrong with those guides beside weight but they definitely hold up.

TWO Boating Accidents At Pro Tournaments Today. 3 Killed.
Hard to know an answer or even a possible solution when none of us even know what happened to cause the accident. It could be a myriad of issues.

TWO Boating Accidents At Pro Tournaments Today. 3 Killed.
It’s a complex issue to be sure, but it’s gotta be up to the tournament organizers to re-think the rule book. The waterway is busier than it’s ever been and I’d argue the fishermen by and large are younger than they’ve ever been. 3 people died at the hand of a fast boat w a 22 yo operator. Waterways are now full of folks kayaking .. like I stated earlier, it’s a complex issue but it seems like a couple things could be quickly addressed for the sake of all rec users. Just my opinion on this.

I feel so inept.
Hmm, sounds like a fish story to me .. 😂😉

What lure(s) are dead last in your arsenal?
Exactly right, we all are experts in our own minds 😂😂😂 Seriously though, we have our confidence baits and we got there for a reason. Mine is a Texas rigged plastic worm. When they are on a horizontal bite it’s a square bill or a Trap..

It stings and haunts when it happens....
She’s probably still on that point, about to go really shallow. I’d try and stick her again!

It stings and haunts when it happens....
Dust yourself off and get back on the horse..

Open Tournament Take-Off
I wouldn’t do a shotgun start with 5 boats on any waterway, I’d strongly suggest protecting yourself as well as your tournament fisherman and other recreational boaters as well..

Heavy rains
I live nearly 900 feet above sea level. Up here the ponds and creeks are fine now, in fact in these situations farmers on the river bottoms (Ohio) move their cattle up here to feed and wait it out. Gravity has its advantages. But yes, the Ohio river basin, White & Blue River basins are a mess. The river system in central Kentucky is a mess also. Definitely a very destructive weather event.

Is there difficulties with the site?
I’ve been having massive difficulty with the site the last couple of days. It’s highly unusual. It simply won’t respond to my request or it will a minute or two later. I’ve empty my cache, deleted my shortcut, created a new one , signed out, signed in, created a new password, ugh. Just got this.. @Glenn

Heavy rains
Nope the Ohio is seriously flooded, many of the creeks, small rivers are returning to normal but most ponds, smaller lakes are quite high and muddy. I suspect things will be fine in a few days..
