  1. I agree. Looks nothing even relatively close to a spot to me.
  2. Yah, I just use photobucket to upload all of mine. It automatically sizes everything and I can rotate if needed. Can't even freaking focus at work! So ready for VACATION! 10 DAYS AND COUNTING!
  3. My buddy just moved to Oregon (seaside) and purchased a nice surf fishing set up from basspro. Think it was around $140 or so. As far as bait, I've heard most people say shrimp/squid do a great job. I'm heading to Hilton Head Island SC in 10 days but won't be doing any surf fishing. I'll be fishing the lagoon system and a private lake! Good luck
  4. I couldn't agree more. I don't count, wait to feel, etc. When my frog is gone, I swing. I can't think of any times that i've swung too soon. Most of the time the only misses are due to the fishing missing the bait all together.
  5. Wink wink... pm bluebasser86...wink wink
  6. Bluebasser86 can hook you up with quality jigs and bladed jigs also.
  7. That sounds really good! Last time I tried grilling fish, the meat basically pulled apart from grill. Best way I've found to fix that is to use aluminum foil. What do you do?
  8. If only you could dodge a lipless!
  9. Never been a fan of baked fish but sounds pretty good
  10. Fish brush piles in front of docks with creature/beaver baits. The 10" worm will work there too. Put them on a rocker jig head. If you can skip jigs and such you will be more productive. If you can skip jigs use a fluke or senko on spinning gear to get under docks. Main lake points should be pretty hot, I like dragging a berkley power hawg in green pumpkin on a rocker head. Frogs in the backs of coves and creeks will work early and late. Buzzbaits and spooks behind docks are usually a pretty safe bet. Don't be afraid to throw a shaky head on that pea gravel. That's all for now.
  11. 2-4-D spray. Kills poison ivy, oak, and sumac in about 48 hours. Won't ever come back in that area either.
  12. From what I've seen about deep sea fishing the captain should move the boat to keep it from going under. Sometimes it's gonna happen though.
  13. Can someone turn the AC on outside please? Fat boy SOS!!!!!
  14. Go for it, lol. I make sure I surround myself with better meal options in the ocean. Lol
  15. It might just be the booyah poppin pad crasher.....
  16. Ironically always the week before we go on vacation to the beach!
  17. Yah, I can't get over the smell or hair of a cat. My dad has an outdoor one that I swear thinks it's a dog. Only cat I've been able to tolerate so far.
  18. Must be the difference in bottom composition. Around me, clear water bass and very vivid and vibrant colored. Clear water buried in the weeds is d**n near black. That's cool though
  19. My experience is those fisheries get a lot more bucket fisherman.
  20. And what is the BR rate for such heavenly fillets of goodness?
  21. Common LMB. Probably murky/muddy water. Our bass turn dang near white once we put cattle on the ponds we fish.
  22. I agree. In an event like this, you aren't playing against the course, but the others competitors out there. No real need to go off of "par". Count strokes and go.
  23. Wife and I saw them in concert along with Casting Crowns. The best concert I've ever been to hands down.
  24. Is it bad that the mental image of this made me get a very Grinch like smile?
