  1. I don’t wanna be the guinea pig. 😆 Someone said to order from tackle warehouse and leave the plastic on the cork. If you don’t like it, return it. If you like it, keep it. I just feel like it’s wrong to do that, but I am considering it since I can’t find any info on the 7’5MH.
  2. Very cool. Seems like a neat tool for a boat angler but probably not as helpful to a bank angler. Thanks for explaining it.
  3. Would you mind posting a better picture? I’m trying to wrap my head around exactly how it works. Is the front blade connected in 2 places?
  4. Can someone explain how to do this retrieve please? I don’t get if you just reel it in or do you impart some action too?
  5. Still hoping to hear some thoughts on the 7’5 MH. I’d like to use it for chatterbaits/spinnerbaits.
  6. I was going to ask about fading on the smackdown as well. Do you use the original power pro for frogs and punching because it’s more abrasive due to being a 4 carrier line?
  7. Thanks! Just to clarify, your saying smackdown is smoother and seems to cast further than 832, correct?
  8. This is what I’ve heard from someone that deals with international shipping as well. Basically DHL just lumps every package from a particular store together, then charges the customer the duty rate rather than separating them by customer and dealing with de minimis.
  9. What’s gone up in price?
  10. I feel like the classic green pumpkin is always a good choice if you’re unsure what to use.
  11. Ah ok! That makes more sense!
  12. Couple people recommending smackdown here. Any comparisons between it and 832? Sorry for the hijack!
  13. @Delaware Valley Tackle do you have any experience with the 24 steez sv? As far as I’m aware, you can’t adjust spool tension. The tool is just to loosen/tighten the cap. Have you ever worked on one? Pop max on tatsu??
  14. I sometimes like to use the elaztech versions on 1/4oz Texas rigs. It lets the tail float up like a shaky head but is completely weedless, unlike the shaky head. You fished that on a casting setup?
  15. Quick question regarding the owner twist locks. I haven’t used the twist locks in heavy grass/lily pads yet. Does the exposed eye on a twistlock get hung up on grass more than a standard hook while fishing flukes/senkos?
  16. Thank you. I’ve been using an Apple Watch for years now so I was very curious what this watch would offer to someone like myself as far as fishing benefits.
  17. Can you really adjust it? I’m 99% sure the tool is just to take it apart. Can anyone confirm? Theres a thread on another site that talks about it but I’m not sure if linking to it would break any rules.
  18. What does it do for fishing other than tracking your location?
  19. Interesting. I’ve always fished the caffeine shad like a fluke, which is like a soft jerkbait. Light twitches to make it dart around.
  20. I started using owner twistlocks after this video. Never looked back.
  21. I’ll definitely look into that. I love my Columbia shirts and shorts so I’m sure their jackets are great as well. Thanks!
  22. Thanks. Crap. I don’t want to be sweaty. I wish I could find a breathable waterproof jacket.
