  1. Why would anybody spend that much money and not get sic guides?
  2. Hoping they restock. Great rods.
  3. Lew's MB 109.99 At sportsman's outfitters.
  4. For need a superliner hook unless ur running 50 pound plus on a flipping stick
  5. Get a Lew's LFS or LFS mb at sportsman's outfitters
  6. I never understood why guys fish cranks on spinning rods
  7. Get a Johnny Morris signature series with Fuji alconite gudes.
  8. https://www.sportsmansoutfitters.com/products/team-lews-pro-ti-speed-spool-slp-series 259$ You can't beat it. Try one you'll never go back.
  9. Awesome reel .love my 7.5 to 1 1-870-477-LEWS
  10. Sufix Advance if you don't like braid.
  11. If your gonna use flourocarbon ormono I'd get the 40. Bigger spool is less line issues.
  12. For that price I'd save 30$more and get a carbonlite combo.
  13. Sufix Advance mono. Just as sensitive as flouro and less stretch. Handles way better than flouro.it is thicker so I'd use 6lb if ur using 8. 6 lb is underrated and breaks higher than the test from what I've read.
  14. A kid fishing a bobber wouldn't even know about circle hooks.
  15. No nylon or flourocarbon will last that long.
  16. I use 8lb test sufix advance on a lews tournament pro 7.5 to 1 baitcaster with a Johnny Morris Patriot rod medium fast action 7 feet long.
  17. I would suggest a medium for squarebill cranks.
  18. As long as they keep building excellent reels it doesn't bother me.
  19. IMHO microguides are not leader compatible. It's just asking to pop out a insert. Why use leaders? Use either braid flouro or mono. The extra knots are not worth it IMHO
  20. I don't tie a double for either and have never had a Palomar knot fail
  21. I was gonna buy one but that turned me off. Bought a BPS Patriot rod instead. Fuji sic microguides.
  22. Avid x has different guides . Everything I've seen says Aluminum Oxide. Definitely cheesy for that price.
