Congrats! Seems to be a pattern over there the last 5 or six weeks. Friday is WAY better than Saturday or Sunday.

If you have direct tv you can get another box and a dish and bring it over there. All on your same home bill. I think dish network is the same but not sure. Good luck. My wife has to have it too.

They were tough for me this weekend too. Caught 12 Saturday and 5 today. Maybe next weekend we won't have a cold front on Thursday or Friday for the third or fourth weekend in a row!

Not sure what the scientific name for hay grass is but that slime is filamentous algae. I hate it! Lol As far as water clarity, all I can tell you is Six Mile was starting to clear up last Friday thru Sunday. Hadn't been anywhere else.

With a a big South wind tomorrow, I think that would be a good choice as long as you launch at the Indian Mounds landing. There's plenty of area to fish that's protected from a South wind.

Great thread. Thanks. Many times I wonder if they're not biting or if I'm in the wrong place and or with the wrong bait. There's my problem. Have to eliminate the chance of not having the right tool for the job. The more I go the more I lean toward it's about the spot, though.

I'm still a rookie there but I think I'll focus on the South end and more towards the lake until the water settles down. Any experienced advice on a possible foot of rain would be much appreciated, though.
