  1. I will be nice this time :-X
  2. Well, you have two different extremes you could go to...Really big or really small. Try a dropshot w/ a 3" stick or small finesse worm or go big with a reaction lure and make them bite. Maybe try the wiggle rig, seems to be getting some results. Wayne
  3. Yeah, I've heard of guys getting death threats from other Musky fisherman for keeping a fish THE MUSKY GODS WILL STRIKE YOU DOWN
  4. Howdy girl scout, nice to see you back to normal again
  5. Below RoLo's pic it say's Notemigonus crysoleucas? Ok T-rig, follow me here.... There is a smiley winking, typically meaning someone is joking with you. Next, I will break it down for ya.... Re rig it, cast out again (Rerigith castoutagin) Any more questions, feel free to ask
  6. Mmmmm....Bambi
  7. Truer words have never been spoken....LOL I was considering switching to one this year as well. Reason being there was a six point under my stand last year that I couldnt quite get the right angle to shoot. Every time I would lower the bow, the arrown would start coming off the rest. Told myself that would never happen again. I am fully confident that I would have shot that buck with a whisker biscuit.
  8. I dont under stand the whole "braid wrapping around the rod tip" thing. I use braid almost exclusively, and can't for the life of me figure out what you guys are referring to. I just have not had that problem at all...
  9. I am positive RW will tell you to take them back for an exchange, but doing it with every lure would get a little tedious to me..... I own one, American Shad Pointer....I bought it simply b/c it is cool looking. I am too afraid to lose a $15 lure that it just sits in the box. I look at it occasionally, admire the craftsmaship and then shut the box again LOL
  10. Tourney is on the 18th. Come on out, the more the merrier
  11. Zel, that makes two of us.... See, this is what happens when you only have access to your computer at work during the week. Muddy, fuhgetaboutit
  12. Even this late at night, that still made me hungry ;D
  13. Jim, at 12-18 yards, just about anything is going to get good penetration with a modern compound bow. I think the setup you described above will do just fine for you in those situations. Just remember the saying....its not the arrow, its the indian
  14. Rocket Hammerheads for me, I have shot the Sidewinders with success as well. I am shooting a Browning Mirage, under 60lbs of pull, w/ Gold Tip 5575's and 100gr heads. Putting them through the chrono over 270fps. Good enough for me... Wayne
  15. I think Redline may have at least a few nickels left in his bank account. At least Russ hopes so
  16. Too late to get in on it. Offer was put up when Megastrike first became a sponsor of the site.
  17. Floridas and Northerns are what you will hear of most. Florida strains are the big boys you hear of down south and out west (CA and TX)
  18. I average 15/hr over 22lbs 4oz every night of the week. On the water, nowhere near as successful
  19. Not if the person asking the questions is trying to dig up dirt on other people. I would say just the opposite in that situation. He (mike long) didnt run his mouth about other guys, I think that makes him the good guy in that instance. If the reporter was told the first, second, third time...."No, I am not answering those questions" and he kept asking them, I think it was rather nice to take him back to the dock instead of throwing him in the water and chucking Huds at his head Wayne
  20. Its cool, no offense here....all good in the hood
  21. Take a Stick bait (Trick stick, Yum dinger, Senko) and run a 1/0 to 3/0 hook through the middle of it. Cast, twitch, repeat. Very easy. That is obviously a very simplified version of it, but sometimes thats when you catch the best fish. KISS Keep It Simple, Stupid. Wayne
  22. Thanks again for the generous offer.
  23. Muddy, check PM
  24. 3 or 4 pounds.....j/k The guy already posted the weight....THATS FUNNY RIGHT THERE
