That's exactly what happened to me Russ. I was always 6' tall and 180lbs. BP was always perfect and cholesterol was good, then I turned 42. Everything turned to crap. Now I have to watch my diet, take pills and monitor my BP. The exercise thing is tough with my spine problems, but I do what I can. I hope everybody over forty gets an annual physical. I can't stress enough how important it is. Falcon

Over the years the most productive crankbait for me has been the Rapala Shad Rap, deep or shallow divers depending on water depth, in shad color. Another is the jointed Shad Rap in red crawdad. This year I tried the new colors, bleeding olive flash and bleeding pearl with decent success. Falcon
