Rodman Reservoir went “ Off” yesterday. Weather sucked, wind was 12-15 mph all day and it was only 42 degrees. Bass didn’t care, apparently. Mac McCoppin from The Villages was out for a 4 hour guided trip with shiners. And what a trip he had. He muscled several Rodman giants to the boat yesterday, including an 11 lb 14 oz giant! that was after landing a 9-0, 8-6 and several in to upper 7 pounders. Top 5 bass weighted slightly under 44 lbs. Will be sure to see several Elite Pro's in Rodman for there opener on the St Johns River next month 'Feb 10"

Drove off many clubs that fished it. That was there intent.

Never have I heard of such a thing... who governs the lake and how do they know if a club has insurance? Oure club here in Fl mandates that every boat owner carries a liability plan but that protects the boater. Government over-reach

Went fishing with a fellow from the bass club today here in Fl. Between us we caught 22 "squealers" could not find any bigger fish or could not make em bite. We did find 1 decent fish floating that had a large Red Breast Bream lodged in it's throat. After removing the Bream the bass was dead and the Bream swam away.Pic included.

I realize in the last 5 years there have been advancements in lines however I found this interesting.

They had to play on the same field this past weekend as the Jaguars do, getting blown out is the norm on that field. LOL

Tournament angler Troy Diede of Sioux Falls, S.D. has officially caught the largest smallmouth bass in South Dakota history. His July catch from Lake Oahe has just been approved by South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks as an official state record. The monster fish measured 20 3/4 inches and weighed 7 pounds, 4.7 ounces.

My best Sail was on 14lb Andi But the Marlin is a different animal completely.

This thread is just what and who I need right now...... My monitor goes black frequently with message that says "No HDMI signal from your device" I have changed out the cable with an old one and am waiting on a new one today to try. I have unplugged restarted everything several times and still get message. Any advice?? R/Ski
